Everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
That you can integrate different platforms quickly and easily. By having this in one place, you can operate faster, iterate, and generate online reports in a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it has not yet developed tools for video generation

For the moment, the generation of video content

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to create complex workflows that can target different segments in our database to deliver a more custom experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit complex and sometimes difficult to get everyone on my team to buy-in to using HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our main communication centre for our business. Without it we wouldn't be able to provide a world-class experience for your clients.

The UI can change a bit to frequently. I've had to hunt for menu options that have moved.

Automation makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to automate so many of the processes that we would otherwise have to do manually. The easy of interface and integration with the hub makes everyone's job easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on the platform. Hubspot is great and is improving but wish sometimes they would improve faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can automate a lot of systems that would otherwise need a person to do. It makes things way more efficient to great workflows to do everything.

It allows for us to tell stories for our clients in very different ways which is unique, niche, and fun!

It’s a great tool all around! My team enjoys using this.
