You will find your everyday usage in marketing hub...emails are ok to use, they have drag and drop, but not your advanced designs.

Marketing Campaigns data is messy and difficult to manage for analysis purposes.

The need of having CRM data and marketing emails in one place.

Reporting could be better. I would like more data in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use is tremendous. From our savviest users to our most resistant users, we’ve had complete adoption with not just marketing hub, but our entire HUBSpot instance. Being able to build out our campaigns and see our results has made our efforts so much more seamless!

Being able to see our campaigns holistically has always been tough, but the NEW features (2025) look to be changing that! So excited for Marketing studio!

Automation, outreach, nurturing, it’s solving it all!

As our company has grown and evolved, so has Hubspot. We’ve been able to adopt new features easily that enhance our day to day.

The fragmentation can be a little annoying when there are portions or hubs you do not subscribe to.

Helps us scale and operate efficiently with a small team.

I like the new breeze AI helper, the way that can create new ideas with the same message.

I’m still awaiting for all the ads integration to be ready so I can have all the data in just one place.

Nothing in particular. The difficult part is for government companies to understand the type of platform that HubSpot is.

The most valuable thing has been to unify data and enable other users to see the client's activity.
