Your Social Analytics in One Spot
What do you like best about the product?
Having all your social analytics in one spot saves a ton of time when checking in on how everything is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with maximizing the value of campaigns and connecting social posts, emails, etc. to them. While it’s very easy to attribute those to a campaign, I’m not sure what to do with that campaign afterward and how to pull insights from it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub allows me to create all my content in one spot rather than managing everything in separate platforms. This saves a ton of time and allows me to do more with less.

What do you like best about the product?
APIs to have one source. To allow to connect to Snowflake and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t discovered an issue for me to have an option of what I do t like.

API connection helps a lot to connect all platforms.

Being able to customize every part of the email including sender and body based on different attributes

It can get pricey very quickly depending on model and usage

The best thing about marketing hub is the ease of use. It’s fast to get up and running and get content published that looks and feels professional.

With ease of use you will run into some limitations but nothing we found critical

Hubspot has created a content platform that allows us to collaborate on work even with less technically abled users

I love the ease of use because when I have to train someone new on the platform they are able to easily understand the process and how to execute campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. I have used Marketo and Pardot and hubspot is my favorite.

It’s saving me time on executing campaigns and automating follow ups. At trade shows I use forms for enter to wins to create growth in our funnels. There is a lot of use.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it very easy to manage email campaigns, landing pages, and automation under one roof. The intuitive drag-and-drop tools save time, and the integration with CRM provides a complete view of leads and customer journeys. I also like the detailed analytics and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is cost for small businesses and startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us centralize our marketing activities that were previously scattered across different tools. By unifying email marketing, automation workflows, lead capture forms, and analytics into one platform, it saves us time and reduces complexity. The biggest benefit is having a single source of truth for customer interactions, which makes it easier to nurture leads and align with sales. This has improved our campaign efficiency, lead quality, and overall ROI.
