What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Markeitng Hub helps primarily with marketing campaign and asset tracking + attribution. It helps with accurately attributing traffic and revenue.
Lifesaver for marketers
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has increased the effectiveness and efficiency of our team. I like having everything in one spot and connected with our contact lists. We use it every day for email, social, and campaigns. HubSpot has really increased the efficiency of our team and our collaboration with our sales and account management teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides. Sometimes there's a feature I wish it had. And it's often added soon after!

Social media management, email marketing, campaign efforts.

The new AI features alongside integrations with all marketing channels is incredibly helpful for tying everything up in one place.

Not much - sometimes difficult to navigate!

It helps us and our clients get their brands out there easily, effectively and impactfully.
I predominantly us our Marketing Hub for our email feature but find it helpful for designing emails

The ease of its user interface and ability to design email templates.

I find that HubSpot’s educational resources for using the latest versions of Marketinf Hub are outdated.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has completely transformed the way we work. Before adopting it, our marketing efforts felt scattered—different tools for email, social, automation, analytics—and nothing connected seamlessly. Now, everything lives in one place, and that has changed our lives for the better.
The biggest impact has been visibility and alignment. We can finally see the full customer journey, from the first website visit to becoming a member or partner. Campaigns that used to take weeks to coordinate are now streamlined, automated, and trackable in real time. That means we can focus more on strategy and creativity, not just execution.
HubSpot has also empowered our team to work smarter. We can A/B test emails, optimize landing pages, and monitor performance with dashboards that anyone—from leadership to new hires—can understand at a glance. Our reporting has gone from being a manual, time-consuming process to something we can pull instantly, which has made conversations about ROI and growth so much stronger.

It takes all of my team across the world and puts us into one spot. Removes the red tape and lets us do what we want to do most, which is create really cool marketing activities.

The enrichment data used to cost and take a long time to get imported.
