The best tool you can have if you care about data
What do you like best about the product?
It is the placw where you can have every tool you need, Social media, Web, Emailing, Forms, Landing pages and more. Also HubSpot provides insights of each tool so you can make informed matketing decisions and strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
For small teams, the full marketing hub might be a bit expensive, it would be great to be able to customise it for specific needs and buy upgrades as you might need them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to make 1 post and then post it in all social media, it also allows me to insert forms into my website and have leads directly loaded into HubSpot, that way I can make automations like emails, meetings etc.

I love the ability to automate actions to my contacts using workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to set up actions in workflows but their recent update makes it way easier to navigate

Hubspot marketing hub is solving the communication problem of sending relevant info to the right person. This allows me to send personalized content to the right people

The email drag and drop option is easy for new users to learn. You can create beautiful designs with drag and drop without the headache of coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility with drag and drop via mobile, as padding varies on multiple mobile devices.

Creating and automating emails to generate revenue and create leads.

I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's effectiveness in managing leads and automating email workflows, which simplifies my daily tasks. The integration with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads enhances our marketing efforts significantly. It is indispensable for our business, making it a necessary tool to run operations smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the social features could be expanded on. We still bump into a few limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot to manage leads and automate emails, ensuring prospects receive timely communication, nurturing them into customers. It also tracks lead interactions with our content, enhancing our marketing effectiveness.
It has excelling tools for automation, lead generation, and email marketing.

The unconnected tools make the handout from marketing to sales a seamless and simple process

I wish the automation tools had more action saving features.

Marketing Hub Makes My Team of 3 Feel Like 10
What do you like best about the product?
The Smart CRM allows me to get very granular data on my prospects, clearly segment my audiences, and create beautiful and interactive content for my campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t love that they separated Marketing Hub from Content Hub. I lost functionality that I used to rely on. I also find the report builder to be a little bit in-intuitive, but when they run properly they can be very powerful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a small team - Marketing Hub allows me to manage different efforts and scale those efforts in a way that makes my team feel much bigger. We’re now also starting to leverage the built-in AI agents which I hope will scale my team even further!

What do you like best about the product?
That it is an all in one hub for marketeers.

The different hubs between content and marketing. But quite understandable

Not having to switch between different tools.
