Easy to use and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use and very intuitive. All you need are basic skills and the will to play with the multuple tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. As it is very simple. There are many changes and updates that might make it difficult at times to find new items. Otherwise, overall love the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cuts down on the amount of time an integrator needs to work on emails, as we can train more people as it is very user friendly.
A must have for B2B marketers
What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the first products I always recommend to any company if its not already part of their tech stack. Its a must have for lead gen, tracking campaigns, contacts and deals. This makes marketers jobs so much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve if you haven't used Hubspot or are used to another CRM but once you learn it its easy to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead scoring is a key component for our marketing efforts. The new features that rolled out around lead scoring are going to fundamentally change how we qualify leads.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how it centralizes campaigns, automation, and analytics in one easy-to-use platform.

It was a bit difficult to be able to fully understand how it works

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of scattered tools by unifying email, social, automation, and analytics in one place, saving me time and helping me track results more effectively.
Helps us activate campaigns after webinars and ensures timely BDR follow-ups through automated WF.

HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to launch campaigns immediately after webinars or other content interactions. The workflows automatically capture engagement signals, enabling our BDR team to follow up with hot leads at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what our company needs, nothing to mention at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless information sync from website forms to HubSpot and Salesforce. Marketing insights trigger lead scoring and empower the sales team to respond at the right time.

Super user friendly and incredibly easy to set up and launch campaigns!

Campaign object itself is not ideal and the tool is limited in regards to offline events
