Breezy, easy, and under control
What do you like best about the product?
The easy and intuitive UI. The suggestive onboarding popups are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant new features can be come overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logical automations that make our data richer and execute better nurture campaigns.
Perhaps the single tool I would ever need for my marketing tech stack
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like about the marketing hub is that it is a one stop shop for almost everything I need. From content management, to creation to suggestions - the marketing hub has everything I need. It's like having an extra member of the team!
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick something to dislike, it would be managing split tones of voice. My company has two brands for sales, so getting the content area of the marketing hub to manage that can be a challenge. I do know this is being worked on however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bespoke email management that cuts out the regulatory from the fun. I am more able than ever to show real success of my growth and content efforts without muddying the waters with support noise.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create original and tailored content for consumers. Having the ability to customize email and SMS campaigns helps contribute to conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to to not create custom coded modules like design manager.

It helps us connect to our customers at the right time depending on where they fall in the customer life cycle
Very easy to use, really good UX
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is easy to use, marketing hub really gives you the opportunity of doing all the stuff in a minutes. Now with the new updates we can make campaigns in just a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, most of the really good thing are just for USA markets. It will be awesome if we can do it for LATAM

What do you like best about the product?
I like the training and certificate, it helps me know our team is all on the same page and has a base level understanding of our CRM.
I've also appreciated their continued product innovation, every release is packed with new features and they are responsive to user feedback.

Integration with web publishing workflows outside of hubspot content hub are still a bit lacking, but that has been improving.

Intuitive Platform with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is easy to use and intuitive. The platform feels user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multiple brands within the platform can be confusing, especially at the social media level. The setup isn’t as seamless as I’d like, which sometimes makes cross-brand management hard at times.

As a Pardot user for 10 years, hubspot marketing hub solves so many of my frustrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’ll come with time, but organization structure of menu items, and different nomenclature from other platforms.

Segmentation is the fastest to appear compared to other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a fan of HubSpot's inbound methodology for nearly 10 years - HubSpot Academy was my marketing education, in a lot of ways. From there I have been using HubSpot Marketing Hub for the past 5+ years, primarily for email marketing and CRM management. It is a highly intuitive tool with a relatively low barrier to entry for how comprehensive it is, which makes my job as a creator and strategist easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI integration around content creation feels lackluster - like a minimally prompted ChatGPT response. I tend to not use it, because I don't find it to meet my quality bar. Excited for the new AI-enabled suite to improve the quality and consistency here.

Seamless email marketing capability with a ton of customizability and insights.
