What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub makes it easy to manage several channels at once.

Could have better AI memory to remember past campaigns and ideas.

Love that Marketing Hub is taking steps to integrate across more apps, which has been a struggle in the past.

Integrations with more AI features has made creating content so much more efficient and effective!

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about marketing hub has to be the automation capabailities! The ability to take information from Buyer Intent and other data sources and hit them with perfectly tailored content at any specific momement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are small but I would say the largest downside I think is measuring impactfulness of marketing on revenue being limited to the Enterprise tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves for sending, generating, and even personlaizing all marketing content. Anything that our customers and prospects are going to see, HubSpot had a hand in it.
It’s the best tool to bring all of your daily marketing needs into one easy to use place.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of marketing hub is the reporting abilities that get unlocked when I can cohesively sync my social posts, emails, ads, and landing pages together under one campaign without needed to create tedious tracking urls.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much! I’d love to see more from the TikTok integration but I can see progress is coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving our ability to quickly scale marketing efforts along with accurately attribute lead generation and ROI to campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
We love utilziing the functionality of the HubSpot Marketing Hub. From socials to email- we love being able to reach out clients with the most up-to-date information. Very easy to use and implementation was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more applications in the usage and metrics for Marketing Hubs. Things like TikTok are currently not being tracked.

We utilize is for marketing tracking along with communication with clients.
