What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has the best of the best. It enables businesses to automate, personalize, create, track, and support the marketing efforts of any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside can be the cost. Other than that I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows us to use AI chat bots to enable conversational assistance to our prospects and customers. It allows us to do dynamic content so we can target the right people with the right message. We can track campaigns and see what is working and what isn't. I can't imagine life without the marketing automation as well.

The ability to customize and easily marketing multiple brands under a large enterprise

I wish there was an easier way to send test emails to non-users.

Streamlining marketing multiple brands within a large enterprise
Amazing Tool, boundaries for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one plase, easy tracking metrics, many options for emailing and crm cross optimizations
What do you dislike about the product?
Importing data can be very clunky and so can syncing with other platforms. The limits on features and contact counts make it impossible for small teams to grow with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track and contact the right people for invoubd mqls to pass along to sales

What do you like best about the product?
Been a HubSpot customer for 3 years - the tool is super easy to use, very user friendly, great UI and makes marketing easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with salesforce isn’t ideal.

Email Marketing Fundraising
Marketing Hub has been an incredible way to marry the Sales piece of the org with marketing efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
There is visibility in performance that can be drawn upon in reporting in so many ways. It gives us the ability to have real accountabiity for our marketing effforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
GDPR can be a bit complicated if you are unfamiliar with the ever evolving GDPR regulations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning the marketing platform from an old program that utilizies MailChimp for marketing efforts to Hubspot as we stand up new progams and transition all products to Hubspot's platform. One soruce of truth is the goal!
