What do you like best about the product?
I'm on the sales enablement and growth team and I love leveraging it to align with marketing on active new leads and proactive marketing campaigns

Intuitive HubSpot with Ever-Evolving Features
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and easy to use HubSpot Marketing Hub is, especially with its helpful guides and prompts that ease the learning process. The platform effectively solves visibility issues, allowing me to see engagement and campaigns holistically as a single source of truth, which is beneficial for reporting and client communication. I appreciate the campaign store and email performance analytics features, which I find extremely useful. It's exciting that the HubSpot Marketing Hub is always evolving and adding new features, which ensures continuous improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the AI tools to be more easily accessible and easier to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for enhanced visibility, allowing me to see engagement and campaigns holistically, which simplifies reporting and client communication.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the UI especially as someone who is constantly training and enabling team members to do very specific tasks. It’s super helpful to not have a complex interface which makes it possible for users of varying technical skillset to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to certain automations such as managing my subscription alottment for lists and workflows as well as users. Granted this is being improved by opshub , I think there is more to improve upon. I also love the drag and drop feature in marketing emails but it sometimes limits design capabilities such as text overlay on an image. This currently requires CSS coding but seems like there should be a way to do this via drag and drop similar to canva or even pptx
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s allowing various tasks to be done either automatically or via training and enablement for team members. Super helpful as the sole super admin in the account.
User-Friendly with Stellar Support, Needs Better Salesforce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple the platform is to use, with clear online instructions and helpful support from the HubSpot team. The ability to automate my marketing and track my activities is fantastic. Creating landing pages with measurable forms and executing email marketing is incredibly easy. I appreciate the Zoom integration, which enhances my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't log in. The integration with Salesforce isn't ideal and could be improved, especially at the object level.

I use the product to automate my marketing and track activities, with simple email marketing and measurable landing pages.

Marketing Hub gave our company the organization it needs to grow and thrive. I love that it is constantly evolving

The social media is not as seamless as it should be. Especially for video. I often choose to upload from the platform off of hubspot to post.

Best Full Stack Marketing Hub on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
Integration is seamless across every touchpoint, every campaign, every contact. Any time we have a problem or a goal, we can find the solution in the marketing hub, even if we don't know the direction yet. It is easy to use and implement, and customer support ia always as click away. We use it every day without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish training modules were baked directly into the platform, allowing us to work through queries in real time. Also the marketing contact limits are KILLING us.

HubSpot allows us to track our data more robustly and accurately than ever before. We are also able to streamline ops and save massive amounts of time of the front and back end across every touchpoint

What do you like best about the product?
This is our orgs push into centralizing our resources and data processes. Being able to track everything in one place and identify lead engagement is a huge win for us and refining our lead pipeline!

We’re still finding mail chimp to be useful for the email dips, but it’s valuable that it can still sync well

Eyes on lead engagement. We needed to operationalize that data.
