What do you like best about the product?
We use the deals feature to help track the status of our upcoming projects. It allows lead scoring which we love!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe a more free form way to design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our website through HubSpot and all of our forms live on there. Super easy to track and get data from.
Perfect for small marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot brands for our main and sister brand, I love that you can keep assets completely separate within Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Campaign reporting within Hubspot has its challenges. I wish it was a better user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing assets used to be all over the place, now they’re all organized in Hubspot marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several platforms over the years and find HubSpot to be the most user friendly and constantly updated with new features. They listen to clients and have great support. And I’ve learned so much from the Academy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t find any downsides per se. Our implementation uses a lot of integrations which all work seamlessly too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage a ton of content and campaigns cost effectively with a small team and track everything.

I really like how easy it is to use and how everything is in one place. The tools for email marketing, automation, and tracking leads make it much simpler to stay organized and reach customers effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and there is a learning curve to setting up automations correctly.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me keep all my marketing efforts in one place, from emails and campaigns to lead tracking and analytics.
Great for lean marketing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Great for lean teams and smaller sized companies. Email & landing page WYSIWYG is great to use. Campaign memberships and “influenced” members could use more work.

Campaigns and membership statuses. Otherwise pretty easy to read

All the core features needed to run and execute marketing campaigns in on e place, tied to actual metrics like Deals and Sales activities.

Wish it was easier to tag connects in social posts.

Reduces number of software products needed, components work seamlessly, leverages AI. Results in lower overall TCO, clear reporting on marketing ROI, easy to use at all levels. Automation is a game changer in productivity.
