Hubspot making marketing easier
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing whih helps us to create templates and using them to send the emails to particular targetted audience is a great help to me in sending regular communications to our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Its bit complicated when making sequencing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing is solving sending bulk emails at once and helping me avoid huge work and automation is super useful as well for my work.
A powerful tool with a complex setup
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool for teams that are short on people but big on ideas. As a digital marketer on a small team, it has made my work so much easier by keeping everything in one place, offering an intuitive interface, and providing extensive resources to dive as deep as I need. I especially value HubSpot Academy, which not only teaches how to use HubSpot’s features effectively but also helps me grow as a marketer overall.
One of the most useful things about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the tracking capabilities. Being able to see a customer’s entire journey from their very first interaction has been huge for us. The HubSpot tracking code and integration with WordPress, which our website is built on, have also helped clean up attribution issues and give us a much clearer picture of what’s actually driving results. On top of that, the workflows tool is very helpful and intuitive, making it easy to customize and automate actions in the CRM to fit our business needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was challenging, especially configuring things like email domain authentication, which wasn’t as straightforward as I expected and required the involvement of several of our departments internally. A lot of the technical side of the setup was out of marketing's area of expertise, so it was a long process to get everything setup the correct way.
Additionally, I do wish Marketing Hub offered a bit more freedom and customization when it comes to the design side of things - specifically on landing pages and email templates. While the drag-and-drop builder is convenient, I often wish there were more customization options to make templates feel less restrictive.
Overall, it’s a powerful system, but you need to invest time and resources to get the most out of it. It’s not something you can have up and running quickly, so I strongly recommend taking full advantage of the onboarding process. In our case, we weren’t fully prepared to participate, and the limited time frame to complete onboarding and access our onboarding team was inconvenient given how our business operates. Once that window closed, getting additional support for more complex needs, like configuring integrations, required an additional expense.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has really helped us bring all of our marketing tools into one place. Before, we were bouncing between different platforms for email, social media, landing pages, and reporting, which was messy and time-consuming. Now it’s much easier to keep everything consistent and organized. The tracking and attribution features have been especially valuable, because we can finally see the full customer journey and get clarity on what’s actually driving results and what matters to our customers and prospects. That insight has made it easier to focus our time and budget on the strategies that are working instead of guessing. I appreciate having a tool that I can trust, and I really enjoy working within it.
Hubspot too Complex
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track deals and have a real time review slate for entire team and sliders to check yourself and against others.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to set up sequences and other automated tools the complexity of the software is too deep made more for programmers and computer scientists and less for sales people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing easier tracking of email responses in a data analytics role.
Amazing CRM with inbuilt AI and excellent INtegration
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up, using and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything to dislike while using and administering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to centralize and automate our marketing efforts by bringing email, social media, lead capture, analytics, and campaign management into one easy-to-use platform. Instead of juggling multiple disconnected tools.
HubSpot is a robust and user-friendly marketing automation tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It is so user-friendly that I haven't even completed any of their free trainings, but I've been considered an SME for it in 2 organizations. It is visually pleasing to work on, and it does not require developer level skills to execute campaigns or even customize the system. It is also fast compared to other robust MarTech and CRMs that make you feel like you're using a computer in the early 2000s.
When I was part of implementation, it was not resource intensive and I did customizations as well. We were not dependent on consultants.
It is also very easy to integrate third party apps especially if they are native. Again, it doesn't require developer expertise and there are plenty of options in their app marketplace.

What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the base functions and features of the Mktg Hub work very well and that any issue or inefficiency is typically from how it is set-up by users.
Other non-major cons include not being able to create a LinkedIn post where the image is hyperlinked. I also think the AI assistant can be improved. It does not add much value especially since I have the highest tier MS CoPilot.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems/Other items HS does for us: Mass personalization, mass communications, tracking engagement and behavior, evaluating effectivity of assets and messaging, consistent touch points without a ton of manual work, contact data management, and more.
Main benefits are it allows me to do my job in a fraction of the time it would take if we did not have HubSpot. Automation is a big time saver and user-friendliness is a big part of that. HubSpot also gives us a wealth of data so we can really get to know contacts and how well our marketing efforts are working. Features are also getting smarter and I look forward to offloading a little bit more of the thinking or remaining manual steps.

The platform is easy to use, keeps everything in one place, and makes it simple to track and manage campaigns. The reporting and automation tools save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customisation options are limited, and seat costs can add up quickly as you scale. This is a big warning for small business.

Powerful marketing analytics tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot stands out for its intuitive interface and seamless integration with other tools in the Hubspot system. I really appreciate how easy it is to setup and manage campaigns without needing deep technical expertise. the drag and drop email builder and automation workflows saves a ton of time and the analytics dashboard gives clear insights into campaign performance. Another big plus is the CRM integration which ensures marketing and sales teams stay aligned. overall, it's a powerful all in one platform that simplifies marketing operations while delivering measurable results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The range of features can feel overwhelming at first simply because there is so much one can do but, honestly there isn't much to dislike in my opinion because the platform is very well designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot gives a centralized platform for data and measurement which makes it easy to track the influence and performance for my ABM programs for each targeted audience. The revenue analytics feature is a game-changer because it provides a simple view of how all ABM initiatives contribute to a revenue helping me to make smarter decisions.
All-in-one marketing tool that simplifies campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub brings together email campaigns, landing pages, lead tracking, and automation into a single platform that’s very intuitive. The interface is user-friendly, and it doesn’t take long to get used to. The reporting dashboards are clean, and the CRM integration makes it easy to connect marketing efforts with sales results. The automation features save a lot of time—whether it’s nurturing leads with workflows, scheduling social posts, or segmenting contacts. The ability to track the entire customer journey in one place is a big advantage over juggling multiple tools. Its templates and drag-and-drop functionality make campaign creation quick, even without design expertise. HubSpot also has excellent learning resources and a strong support team that helps users get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get expensive as your contact list grows, which may be a challenge for small businesses. Some advanced features are locked behind higher tiers, so you might outgrow the starter plan quickly. Reporting is solid but can feel limited without paying for add-ons. Occasionally, integrations with third-party tools require extra setup or don’t sync perfectly, which can slow things down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instead of switching between separate tools for email, social media, landing pages, and lead nurturing, everything is centralized and connected to the CRM. This makes it easier to track how campaigns are performing and see the full customer journey from first touch to conversion. The automation features reduce manual work, saving time and ensuring leads are consistently followed up with. Overall, it improves efficiency, provides clearer insights into ROI, and helps align marketing with sales more effectively.
The Best All-in-One Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how user-friendly and integrated it is. It combines email marketing, landing pages, forms, CRM, automation, and analytics in one seamless platform. The drag-and-drop builder makes campaigns quick to set up, and the reporting dashboards give me full visibility into performance. It’s truly an all-in-one system that reduces the need for multiple tools
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike. If anything, the advanced features can feel overwhelming at first, and pricing may be on the higher side as you scale. However, considering the time and efficiency it saves by centralizing everything, the value more than justifies the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing campaigns across different channels. Earlier, I had to use separate tools for email, automation, and analytics, which was inefficient. Now everything is centralized — from capturing leads with forms and landing pages to nurturing them with automated workflows and measuring ROI with built-in reports. It helps me save time, stay organized, and deliver more personalized marketing that drives better engagement and conversions
Robust marketing platform if you're willing to pay for it
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it super easy to integrate your marketing efforts with your sales efforts. Because it's embedded in your CRM, your email marketing can easily help raise flags for contacts or companies that may be interested in your product. We use it about every other week to send emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit more like a "legacy" or "old school" email marketing platform than some of the other marketing platforms. You can't be as design-oriented when you're actually writing up your emails. Also, because HubSpot is such a big company, it can be hard to actually get in touch with a real person quickly if you have a specific problem. Often, you have to go to the Academy first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us understand who is visiting our website and who is opening our emails, as well as allowing us to actually send emails to our prospects.
