Best marketing tool ever built
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hubspot marketing hub is its ability to bring everything at one place such as email campaigns, lead tracking and landing pages which save my lot of time so that I don't have to toggle in between everything to track things. I love being able to see how contacts are engaging in the real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features which can feel too much in the beginning specially when you are starting with it and do not have much familiarity with marketing automation tools. Some of the options could be more flexible such as customizing dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Hubspot marketing hub as a marketer to plan and monitor our marketing campaigns. My role in world tracking and managing leads and campaign performance to see where we are lagging and what we can improve. It helps centralize our marketing efforts and to keep a check on what channels are performing best where we can reduce errors which gave us clear insights and data backed decisions.
Highly configurable and scalable - Ideal for growing teams
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about Hubspot is hoe flexible and reliable it is for managing complex marketing processes. The customization options are excellent, i can tailor reports, dashboards and workflows to match my specific business goals without feeling locked into a rigid system. the sandbox environment is a standout great feature which allows me to safely test changes before pushing them live reducing risk and ensuring smooth deployments.
What do you dislike about the product?
while the platform is generally reliable, reporting and analytics could be more real-time. there can be slight delays in data updates which makes it harder to make immediate decisions during fast moving campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing user permissions was a challenge to me previously. with role based access management we can control who sees what ensuring data security and compliance. the sandbox environment allows me to test changes before going live reducing the risk of breaking workflows or disrupting campaigns.
Robust features for marketing teams, but pricing could be friendlier
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub got the ability to provide a holistic view of marketing performance. It allows to track campaigns across multiple platforms like video, mobile and social media which makes it much easier to understand where the efforts are paying off.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Hubspot is a great tool there are a few areas that could be improved like offering more no-code customization options for reports and dashboards to reduce reliance on technical resources, enhancing the speed and accuracy of live data updates for better decision making during active campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
marketing budgets are often allocated based on guesswork. Hubspot's revenue planning and media attribution tools allows me to forecast revenue and identify which campaigns deliver the best ROI. This means i can invest more confidently in strategies that work. Generic dashboards didn't always align with the KPIs. Hubspots's customization options let me build reports that match the company's objectives making insights more actionable.
Great CRM and sales tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It has several native integrations with other marketing platforms like Google and Meta ads. This allows our company to run paid campaigns smoothly and improve overall results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you might get lost with all the features or tools it has.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, I can review and get a better understanding of paid media attribution and results.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hubspot about how it helps me work smarter with the leads and accounts. The lead intelligence and market insights tools are super useful - they help me spot trending topics and figure out what kind of content our audience actually wants to engage with. It's made my marketing efforts more targeted, data driven and efficient. it's not just collecting leads its about understanding them and acting on that insight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be a bit steep especially if scaling up or need access to more advanced features but it's definitely an investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping ,e get smarter about who i'm targeting. the account segmentation and lead-to-account matching features make it easier to focus on the right people and connect the dots between the leads and their companies. this means less guesswork and more meaningful outreach.
A powerful ABM tool that could use a bit more flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Hubspot Marketing Hub is how it pulls everything together in one place. It makes managing account based marketing super smooth from building audiences to tracking performance, it is all centralized and easy to navigate. the tools for identifying and segmenting accounts are super helpful. I can really zero in on the right targets and the lead to account matching makes it easy to connect the dots between individual contacts and the bigger picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting feature is good, but not great. some of the analytics dashboards could be more intuitive and i have found myself needing to export data just to get the kind of insights i want. It'd be nice if more advanced reporting options were built right in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is solving a big challenge i used to face: juggling multiple tools and platforms to run account based marketing campaigns. Now, everything from audience creation to engagement and measurement is in one place which saves a ton of time and keeps things way more organized.
Improves daily sales and marketing operation, easy to handle
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping a track on prospect/leads history, score leads quality based on activity on website and what product that interest them and personalized it to offer the best promotion that we have. Easy for team collaboration, add the data to sync with everyone calendar to collaborate on marketing date and prepare it beforehand, we also use it to plan for entire year budget allocation, so we able to distribute the budget effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
My integration with Microsoft Team is not connected, we tried to seek help from customer support, but the issues is still not solved. We have to switch to Google Workspace, and only then, we able to sync the calendar to every team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot help to consiladate our marketing management for email marketing and social media marketing in one place. The biggest help are from the AI assistant system, many of the manual task is now completed by the AI and save our marketer team time.

When trying to make custom fields, there's some roadblocks into getting these into our data warehouse effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's user experience is excellent. The platform is easy to learn and the support resources like documentation, tutorials and community forums are top-notch. Even for complex campaigns, the learning curve is minimal which makes adoption smooth for the entire team. The automation capabilities are a game changer. It helps ensure that no lead falls through the cracks which is critical for scaling marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
when managing very large contact databases the platform can feel slower at times. Bulk updates or complex workflows may take longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
one major problem it solves is the lack of visibility into campaign performance. With hubspot's detailed analytics and dashboards we can track ROI, identify what's working and make data driven decisions quickly.
