HubSpot is a solid all-in-one tool, but the UI needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot offers an all-in-one solution where I can manage everything from email marketing and landing pages to CRM and analytics in one place. The integration between different marketing functions is seamless, and having everything accessible at a glance is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is quite complex and not very intuitive, especially for new users. Some features are hidden in menus or require too many steps to access. The design feels outdated, and the overall ease of use could be much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ub brings multiple tools—CRM, email marketing, landing pages, and lead tracking—into one platform, which helps keep everything centralized and organized. It saves time switching between different systems and provides a clearer view of overall marketing performance.
However, their automation features aren’t as advanced or easy to use compared to some specialized tools. For example, website visitor tracking and behavior-based automation feel limited or clunky, especially when compared to tools that focus on just one function and do it really well.

What do you like best about the product?
If you're just getting started in marketing or you're a few years in and looking to level up, HubSpot is a great platform to have in your toolkit. You don’t need to be tech-savvy to get the hang of it. The layout is clean, and everything’s pretty intuitive. HubSpot Academy has tons of free courses and certifications that are perfect for brushing up your skills. The interface is modern and easy on the eyes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tools are great, but once you need more advanced features (like marketing automation or reporting), the cost can climb quickly. HubSpot’s CRM is great for small to mid-sized teams, but larger organizations might find it lacking in depth compared to other platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is in one platform which makes it helpful and easy to manage.
It is the most user friendly crm used by me so far. Seamless experience

I have not found anything particular, maybe a couple of features can be improvised a bit

It has made my professional life sorted as I dont have to worry about understanding the complexities of CRM's. It is user friendly and easily comprehensible.

I mainly use HubSpot for email newsletters, and I find the drag-and-drop editor intuitive and flexible. It’s easy to design visually appealing emails, segment contact lists, and schedule campaigns. The performance analytics are also very helpful — I can quickly see open and click rates and use that data to improve future emails. Overall, it’s a very efficient tool for managing email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features like A/B testing or detailed reporting are restricted to higher subscription tiers. Occasionally, the email preview displays differently across devices, which can require extra testing time. But overall, these are minor issues in an otherwise smooth experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps streamline our email marketing process by allowing us to manage contact lists, schedule campaigns, and analyse performance all in one platform. This saves time and reduces the need for multiple tools. It also ensures consistency in branding and messaging across campaigns. The ability to track engagement metrics helps us improve content strategy and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
Perfect one tool for Marketing and Sales combines
What do you like best about the product?
I like Ui and ease of usage, even a beginner can do the logging of activities with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there can be use of multiple color schemes, as using only 2 colors makes it less vibrant.

Hubspot helps me reach my target audience with ease and can integrate multiple channels.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complete setup for sales intelligence. Very easy to use and it integrates number of software like dialler, email scheduler, etc. we don't need customer support as it is very easy to use. I use it daily for my sales outreach

nothing but it didn't update its UI since beginning.

it is a complete solution for my sales strategy.
Solid platform with room to grow in design flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and user-friendly. It’s great for managing less complex campaigns, building automated workflows, and tracking performance across email, forms, and more. The integration across CRM and marketing tools makes it easy to align with our sales team, and the reporting is strong out of the box. I also really like the CMS Hub — it’s feature-rich, and the drag-and-drop modules make page creation flexible (if you're using the CMS tier). It does have a bit more of a learning curve on the CMS side.
Their support team is always really helpful with questions about functionality, and the knowledge base is rich with insights too.

What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a noticeable gap in functionality between CMS Hub pages and individual landing pages. CMS pages allow for more customization and access to modules, whereas landing pages feel more limited unless you invest in custom development. It would be a big improvement if the landing page builder offered the same tools. I also wish there were more out-of-the-box templates available — both for emails and pages — especially for teams without design resources.
Lastly, the subscription model based on marketing contacts can get expensive fast. We have to be pretty diligent about segmenting and managing contact tiers to avoid big annual tier price jumps.

Good toool to run Bulk Email Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, All in one platform Very strong Automation, good reporting analysis

Costly, Difficult to downgrade the subscription
