Highly functional with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Most features are supported and the support portal is very good, extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking and analytics are sometimes below what we'd want for reporting purposes. Sometimes not the most user friendly too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending emails to our subscribers and managing sales leads.
Hubspot helps me centralize all the information about customer to provide promptly comms
What do you like best about the product?
Different functionalities are very helpful, like the dashboard, reports, tasks and email sequences, which can be personalized and help me quickly reach a lot of my customers. I also use a lot of the templates and the Gmail integration is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating lists could be a bit easier to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizde customer information, keep track of deals, create engagement campaigns with my customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part about Marketing is everything is connected. Unlike other tools from competitor, You do not need any additional integration or coding. Just Buy and start using. All fields are very well connected. Effortlessly creating workflows make it very powerful. Designing email, forms or Landing pages are very easy. No coding required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is one of the major drawback, it is slightly costly. But considering the it is a great tool. Wont minding spending some extra bucks if getting services like this. Another is drawbacks are, can not reuse one template. Sometime its very hard to create template according your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using another platform. Cost was less but there always was juggling between tools. For email there is different tool, forms different, CRM different all were kind of different tools. So hectic to manage all tools. We switched to Hubspot. All in one umbrella. With great Automation we are able to make easy drip campaigns and follow-up emails. All integrated very well. Reach and impact increased so our ROI. Will be looking for further advancement in out Marketing efforts

The Tools are easy to use, and I use them for email campaigns, keeping the database healthy, and it was very easy to implement

The cost is on the higher side, the price can be reduced.

it is making my email campiagns easy to do and reachout to bulk audience and creating marketing automations gives space to plan the emails.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like that literally everything is in one spot. Emails, SMS, Workflows, Ad audiences, etc. All running on one platform with seamless integration is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really expensive. We find that its not the friendliest pricing model with annual contracts for marketing contacts for smaller companies. At scale its more useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before marketing hub we were juggling spreadsheets and five different apps just to keep track of the leads who reached out to us.. The built-in attribution reports show exactly which campaigns drive booked calls, so we have trimmed ad spend by double-digit percentages while growing total consultations. The ability to track data that well and also run everything out of one platform saves us hours each week

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its all-in-one marketing ecosystem. It allows us to manage email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and lead nurturing from a single dashboard. The automation workflows and analytics are extremely intuitive, saving time while providing actionable insights. Its integration with CRM ensures seamless lead tracking and conversion, which has significantly improved our marketing efficiency and ROI.

Did not feel as of now but the dashboard can have more detailed data pointers.

What do you like best about the product?
You can get started for free. It is available in a lot of countries and has many features and users. The AI features are awesome. The system connects with a variety of apps. CRM is easy to set up. Has a out everything you need. The Hubbot keeps you updated. Customer support is always available. Lots of training vidoes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a sttpe learning curve. It is expensive for small business. It has an overwhelming tier structure and design limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier designs. Less expensive systems for the average users or small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is that HubSpot is easy to use, and everything is in one place. I can make emails, forms, and landing pages without needing help from a developer. It also connects well with the CRM, so I can see all my contacts and their actions. The automation helps me save time, and I can check the results of my campaigns quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don’t like is that many good features are only available in higher plans or in other HubSpot hubs. For example, A/B testing for emails or advanced reports are only in the professional plan. Also, things like custom workflows or smart content need more expensive plans.
The AI tools also feel basic. For example, the AI writing tool for emails or blogs doesn’t always give good results, and I often still need to rewrite the content myself. I was hoping the AI would save more time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me save time by automating my work. I use workflows to send emails, follow up with leads, and move contacts to the right lists. It also helps me connect HubSpot with Zoom, so I can send invites and reminders for webinars automatically. These things make my marketing more organized and help me focus on other tasks.
