What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing automation expert, I love how HubSpot brings all core tools including CRM, email marketing, landing pages, forms, automation, and reporting, into one seamless platform. The visual workflow builder makes automation easy to set up, even for complex journeys. Its personalization features, behavior-based triggers, and real-time dashboards help optimize campaigns quickly. Overall, it’s efficient, scalable, and incredibly user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is the pricing, it ramps up fast as your contact list grows or when you need more advanced features. Some tools, like the email and landing page editor, can feel a bit restrictive in terms of customization. Also, lower-tier plans limit workflow capabilities, and certain native integrations lack the depth needed for complex data syncs. While powerful, it can still require technical support for more advanced use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve key problems around disconnected tools, inconsistent data, and inefficient lead nurturing. Before HubSpot, we relied on multiple platforms for email, landing pages, CRM, and automation, which made campaign execution slow and data hard to unify. With HubSpot, everything lives in one ecosystem; from capturing leads to tracking their full journey. This centralization has improved our lead qualification, reduced manual work through automated workflows, and given us clearer visibility into campaign ROI. As a result, we’re able to run more targeted campaigns, respond faster to prospect behavior, and scale our marketing efforts with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub funnels qualified leads directly into my CRM. The detailed activity tracking – what pages prospects viewed, emails opened, content downloaded – provides invaluable insights, allowing me to tailor my outreach for maximum impact. Marketing automation means leads are nurtured effectively before they even reach me, saving me time on cold outreach. The integrated platform ensures marketing and sales are perfectly aligned, eliminating data silos. This clear visibility into a prospect's journey helps me prioritize hot leads, personalize conversations, and ultimately, close deals faster by understanding their exact needs and interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a sales perspective, the primary concern is often the cost, especially as our contact database expands. HubSpot's pricing tiers can quickly become expensive, limiting access to advanced features crucial for deeper lead qualification and automation on lower plans. This means sometimes "ideal" marketing insights are behind a paywall. Also, while generally user-friendly, fully utilizing sophisticated automation and reporting can have a learning curve, potentially slowing down initial sales adoption. Lastly, the annual contract commitment means less flexibility if our business needs or budget shifts, which can be a point of friction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of disconnected marketing efforts by centralizing tools. This benefits me by providing qualified leads with rich behavioral context, enabling personalized outreach, and automating repetitive tasks, ultimately helping me close deals faster and more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

Smart Automation: The workflow builder is intuitive and powerful, allowing for complex nurturing sequences, lead scoring, and behavior-triggered actions—all without requiring coding skills.

Data-Driven Insights: Built-in analytics and reporting dashboards offer real-time performance tracking. Attribution reporting and A/B testing help refine strategies for better conversion rates.

HubSpot's customer support is consistently reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable. The availability of live chat, a rich knowledge base, and HubSpot Academy makes it easy to resolve issues or learn new functionalities quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot makes it very easy to manage our marketing emails, landing page and lead capturing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing feels slightly on higher side for start ups and also advanced options like custom reporting are available only if we upgrade to higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us in running campaign, track conversions and manage contacts without using multiple tools. The insights helped us improve with every iterations and last but not the least automation saves countless hours

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies marketing tasks. From emails to automation and analytics, everything is in one place, which helps me stay organised and move faster. It’s easy to use, and I can see what’s working and where to improve. Implementation and integration are also straightforward, which saves a lot of time and hassle.

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that the landing pages can be a bit slow to load at times

What do you like best about the product?
All the different features like Email, Social, Workflows & Lists all in one. Each feature is though out and if used together, they sing.
We use it for almost all our marketing activities.

We can have faster time to respond to tickets raised

HubSpot is helping us streamline our marketing contacts to reach out to them via workflows based on the customer journey they are in.

It is also helping in seeing the attribution of marketing efforts in terms of conversions and ROI of marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
You can track all communications with end users, including data on when emails where read.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to navigate. There's to many different ways to view the same information and at times the experience doesn't feel cohesive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past end user could deny that they received a communication , and now not only can I confirm that they received the email but I can tell them what dates/times they opened it.
