Versatile Features, Minor Permission Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the comprehensive features offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, even though some are behind a license. It provides essential functionality for our email campaigns and deal tracking, which are crucial for maintaining our sales pipeline efficiently. The deal tracking feature, in particular, stands out as pivotal in our operations, enabling us to manage different entities, contacts, and follow-ups seamlessly. Its integration with Gmail is incredibly valuable, as it maintains a cohesive record of all email conversations related to deals and companies, ensuring we stay organized and informed. I also appreciate how smoothly the platform integrates with tools like Slack, fostering better communication within our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the permission management in HubSpot Marketing Hub to be less intuitive than I would like. Recently, I struggled with assigning specific permissions to my user profile. It was quite tricky to locate where the specific permission settings were, and it was confusing to determine if additional permissions were needed to access certain functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for deal tracking with different entities and email follow-ups, helping design and distribute campaigns. It integrates with Gmail to log conversations, enhancing contact management.
Streamlined Marketing with Easy Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I love using HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage our entire marketing workflow, as it serves as a central hub for email campaigns, social media scheduling, landing pages, lead tracking, and nurturing sequences. This comprehensive integration eliminates the hassle of juggling multiple tools, saving significant time and simplifying the process of understanding what works. The automation tools, particularly workflows and email sequences, are outstanding. They are easy to set up, maintain cleanliness and order, and seamlessly integrate with our CRM, making marketing feel organized. Once they are set up, they save an enormous amount of manual effort by automatically sending the right emails, triggering tasks on their own, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. This consistency allows everything to run smoothly in the background without continuous management. The initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was also very easy, hassle-free, and quick, adding to the overall positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting capabilities feel a bit limited unless I upgrade. Additionally, a few tools, like the email editor and workflow builder, can sometimes feel slow or clunky when loading or updating changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to centralize and automate our marketing workflow, saving time and maintaining consistency with email campaigns and nurturing sequences.
Fool-proof and powerful marketing automation system
What do you like best about the product?
It's dead-easy to use and allow demand gen folks to self-serve and fulfill and operations needs with ease. Integration with Salesforce and other tools in your tech stack are solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's little to dislike except the countless hoops to jump through to ensure your lists are valid to be used for marketing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Hubspot Marketing Hub helps build emails, sequences and workflows needed to run effective demand gen motions.

Having all of the information and data we need in one spot. Tons of features and we use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not in love with the updated UX, it does not feel as clean as it could be.

We use the HubSpot Marketing Hub for a few things. The most valuable one is the form builder and it is really vital to our team as it runs through our website and the data feeds directly into hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is the brain of most our marketing processes — ideal for SaaS marketing teams and agencies. Excellent for digital marketing. Customer service is generally excellent. Implementation is pretty easy, assuming you already know how you want your marketing flows to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a business with a telemarketing team, I wish that there were more ways of incorporating 1-to-1 calling into marketing campaigns. I also wish there was a bit more flexibility around web analytics and how they feed into the rest of the funnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Marketing Hub, we'd be using at least 5 different tools to accomplish what it does. For being an all-in-one solution, you sacrifice very little compared to using several specialized tools.

I don't think there is any dislike feature in our HubSpot.

To track every deal stage and manage different pipelines, we also need to maintain all our reports in HubSpot. This will help us streamline our process from contact creation to deal closure, and even through post-sales demonstrations. HubSpot will provide us with an end-to-end solution and is the backbone of our business.

It makes your daily tasks easier, and is a good central hub to look at everything you have going on at any given time.

Some of the features aren't necessarily that easy to understand and sometimes it can look a bit busy.

The Marketing Hub eases the difficulty in keeping on top of and understanding the impact of marketing efforts, which means we can more accurately and quickly get to the bottom of how our marketing is performing

Allows me to target customers and use social media planning. I tie this data in with my CRM.

As a new user there is nothing I particularly dislike at this stage

A comprehensive Marketing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the Marketing hub is that there is nothing to setup, we can create high quality and customizable emails within few clicks. Its is very easy to setup up email sequences and workflows to nurture the leads & integrates pretty well with gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting seems limited sometimes as we can not go much granular sometimes and for small teams the pricing is bit on the steeper side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now we can manage all our marketing aspect in one place. Earlier, we were using different tools for emails, contacts, tracking & CRM. Now everything is connected and everything is visible. Journey analytics make it easier to track what's working or avenues to improve the performance.
