Feature rich tool
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences, personalisation, CRM integration
What do you dislike about the product?
The export list should not be limited we should be given an option to export as many contacts we want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sequences problem have been solved it is now much more convenient and we don't have to use other apps for that
Thoughts on HubSpot after using it for multiple clients
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who works across multiple client accounts, it's really helpful to have everything in one place from emails to workflows to reporting. Once you understand the structure, everything clicks into place quickly. It saves me time and lets me focus on the actual strategy, not figuring out where things are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are useful features locked behind higher tiers, while other tools we don’t really need are included by default. It would be great if the plans were a bit more flexible based on actual usage, especially when managing different types of clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily follow our clients throughout their entire journey from first touchpoint to lead to customer. That visibility makes it much easier to create targeted campaigns, align with sales, and report on real impact. It keeps our marketing more structured and connected.
Best crm Tool i have used. Easy setup and they have the learning materials as well

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to not like. Its a great product

Our lead team members use Hubspot to receive tickets from guests.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to access the Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we can not block an email from forms and emails. Customer support is basically a prompt for any question I have. Beta view is hard to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to address virtula inquiries.
Single-click suites that include campaign and lead management bundling
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub holds all marketing activity under one roof." Automation tools, that save time, automatically nurture leads, while email marketing functionality is intuitive with superb personalization capabilities. Sales and marketing teams are able to collaborate easily with integration with HubSpot CRM. The analytics dashboard gives state-of-art insights into campaign success making ROI tracking simple and strategy optimization easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
not all of its higher-end feature sets are offered at lower levels of pricing, being very expensive for very tiny businesses, Also, Setup to handle advanced automation workflows can be daunting at first. Reporting customization could also be offered to customers who want very detailed, customized statistics in a less sophisticated way
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is empowering us to overcome the challenge of managing and keeping track of various channels of marketing within one place. The complication of using different tools for email marketing, nurture leads, and analytics is eliminated, thus cutting down expenditure as well as saving invaluable time. Automation workflows eliminate the challenge of manual Follow-up with leads such that no opportunity slips by. The integration with the sales team's CRM further enhances sales and marketing alignment such that conversion rates are enhanced as well as tracking of ROI becomes easier
A Strategic Solution That Balances Power and Usability
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin, what I value most is how quickly marketers and non-technical users can adopt and operationalize HubSpot without ongoing hand-holding. The modular structure makes it easy to spin up landing pages, forms, and workflows, while still allowing room for deeper customization if needed.
The native integration with HubSpot CRM is a game-changer for our marketing-sales alignment. Attribution is finally actionable, not just something we “try to track.” The ability to build workflows that span marketing and lifecycle operations has significantly increased our speed-to-lead and reduced handoff friction.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the limitations only become clear as you grow. For example, scaling dynamic content or building deeply multi-branch workflows can get unwieldy fast. Reporting, while solid at a tactical level, still lacks the kind of multi-touch attribution logic we’d expect for B2B SaaS with long sales cycles. We rely on external tools to fill that gap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped us consolidate what was once a fragmented martech stack. We no longer have to juggle half a dozen tools just to get campaigns out the door or measure funnel performance. Time-to-campaign has been cut in half. For marketing, we can now segment and target based on both behavioral and firmographic data with precision, and track outcomes in real time.
The biggest value, though, is in empowering non-technical marketers to build and iterate autonomously, while I maintain platform integrity and optimization in the background.

Great for visibility, clunky for compliance operations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is excellent for tracking customer interactions and managing marketing touchpoints. The visibility it offers across stages of the client journey is helpful for teams like ours handling onboarding and KYC workflows and support operations. The Slack integration is a bonus—it allows us to stay informed in real-time when clients reply.
Compared to Zendesk, their ticketing system is much more friendly to manage volumes, it is much cleared organized than Hubspot. I can't imagine using Hubspot for large ticket volume.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be overwhelming due to the sheer number of properties and limited flexibility in setting up workflows for e.g. compliance-related tasks. Simple automations often require workarounds, especially when dealing with multiple pipelines or non-marketing use cases like Travel Rule monitoring. It’s not an intuitive tool you guys should start launching webinars where you teach users how to get the most out of the system, there is so much you can do with Hubspot but is not an easy tool to master.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us centralize client communications and track onboarding progress across multiple teams. It solves the problem of siloed information by allowing us to see when and how clients are engaging with our emails, which is critical in compliance and onboarding. We've used it to monitor who completed key formsand tickets, follow up with clients automatically, and trigger internal Slack alerts when clients reply. This improves our team’s responsiveness and ensures we don’t miss important updates.

It allows me to easily manage all of our social media accounts in one place. It makes it easy to review results
Easy to use and great for ALL CRM activity
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use once you understand all the working parts to it and can be picked up and applied by employees who may not be so technically minded or understand
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are so many options and can be a little counter intuitive if looking for certain things to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of being able to use it for building out content, plus we have been using it for CRM purposes
Great tool to work with emailing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the insights on emails and the list creation. There's a lot of information to take from the insights tab.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be more customizable. Tools like the knowledge base fall short of brand DNA.
I would also like a nice and easy beginner's course. I feel like I don't get to use Hubspot at its fullest.
