What do you like best about the product?
I use Marketing Hub occasionally in my role. love that I can use AI prompts to create segmented list and A/B test content. HubSpot support remains top notch.

What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be daunting if you don't use it as a full-stack solution, and it's less affordable than specialist products. Months may pass before workflows, templates, and automation are fully implemented and mastered, particularly for big contact databases. Sometimes only Enterprise tiers can do basic functions like creating sales tax on quotes or holding credit card information without charging. Although HubSpot offers extensive capability, this depth frequently comes at a significant cost, with limited flexibility and complexity. More modular or specialized platforms might offer better value if you only need a few tools, your company is small, or you're not sure you'll stick with it for the long run.

Instead of our teams handling many systems for email marketing, landing pages, CRM, automation, support, and analytics, HubSpot integrates marketing, sales, and service on a single platform with a single CRM, which leads to divisions and insufficient information. Every interaction is visible to us, allowing for more rapid and more fluid teamwork. No more putting the pieces together. HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the complex problems of fragmented teams, scattered data, manual labor, and various tools. For you, that means better coordination, simplified processes, customized communication, and measurable business outcomes.

HubSpot is a user-friendly, all-in-one platform great for small to mid-sized businesses. It combines CRM, marketing, sales, and service tools with an intuitive interface and strong automation features. The free tier is generous, and HubSpot Academy is a standout for training.
However, costs can rise quickly as your needs grow, and customization options are somewhat limited compared to platforms like Salesforce. It's best for teams looking for ease of use and integrated tools, rather than deep flexibility.

Customization can be limited, especially in emails, landing pages, and workflows. The automation is decent but lacks flexibility for complex campaigns, and the built-in reporting isn’t very robust unless you're on a premium plan.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps streamline marketing tasks like email campaigns, lead capture, and automation—all in one platform. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and makes it easier to track and nurture leads effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and intuitive platform to extract and analyze consolidated marketing data. Customer support been good and prompt too.

I dont really have anything to dislike about HubSpot thus far as my experience have been pleasant.

It help to consolidate our various marketing activities on a singular platform for better marketing attribution and analysis. it also host our blog and website, facilitate event mechanism (creation of forms, landing pages, CTA etc)

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot since 2014 and it's the backbone not only of my marketing, but also sales and CS teams.
I has a great mix of powerful features and ease of use, and I've managed to grow my company with it. My entire marketing team knows how to do the essential day to day work (create landing pages, send emails, create flows, etc) and that's a time saver.

Two weaknesses that still bother me:
- The reporting tools are very limited, especially when it comes to historical data and there are no calculated fields.
- Historical data is still an issue, so I need to keep some data in external tools

My entire inbound marketing strategy runs on Hubspot. I have multiple landing pages, workflows, nurturing flows live on the platform. It's the heart of my marketing operations.
Can sleep at night thanks to HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to never miss an opportunity or communication with an existing or prospective client - HS does it for us! We are able to utilise our time better with the rankings and most recent interactions to engage quickly with clients - also knowing when they are interacting so we know when best to react.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside are the numerous avenues available to interact with clients - simply finding time to become the expert ourselves. That said, it is extremely easy to learn and navigate with the tools available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With mass numbers of inquiries - knowing who is engaging with our communications and when they are helps us prioritise our clients.

I'm interested in AI potential to streamline workflows even more so I can rely on less tools and utilise Hubspot more in the future.

It gives us a shared view of customer context so we can access the right feedback at the right time, support customers more effectively, and spot opportunities early. It’s helped bridge the gap between insight and action, especially when working across different roles and time zones.
Overall it's been a great experience and a valuable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is intuitive and easy to adopt, even for teams without deep marketing automation experience. It has a low barrier to entry but still supports advanced workflows for those who want to build more complex automation. Our organization had many fractured systems, and HubSpot made uniting them in one place simple and efficient.

Most of our challenges have been self-imposed as we transitioned from legacy systems. We had specific preferences for how data should flow to and from HubSpot, and it took some time to adjust our processes. However, once we aligned our workflows, the system performed as expected.

HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us consolidate multiple disconnected systems into a single platform, giving us a clearer view of our marketing and customer data. This has improved team collaboration, reduced duplicate work, and allowed us to build more streamlined automation. The ability to manage email, forms, and workflows in one place has saved time and improved campaign consistency, making our marketing efforts more efficient and data-driven.
