Great product for marketing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful for creating campaigns for the business and to do a/b testing on email campaigns and see which copy works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require extra cost which doesn’t seem reasonable all the time for businesses to spend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is making it easier to reach millions customers with click of one button. It’s seamless platform to create marketing campaigns and automate them saving a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
The basic tools are good and it's far easier to get up and running than with some competing tools. If HubSpot is already your CRM, then you have all of the information that is required to get started.

The email builder is generally one of the easier ones to use that I have come across among a number of tools - inserting custom code is also relatively straightforward.

Reporting is also fairly easy, although the report limits do artificially handicap things sometimes.

Customer support can be a little bit hit and miss, although agents usually try to be helpful, getting them to understand the problem that you are having can be a little tricky.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost stricture can be a real drawback, particularly when it comes to marketing contacts or other features that tend to be arbitrarily locked behind a paywall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible for us to manage marketing contacts simply.

Frustrating to work with

What do you like best about the product?
Its a functional CRM, but thats about it
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many menus and hidden features. Not sure who designed the UX/UI but its terrible. Many things don't sync correctly and take a monumental effort to get fixed. This is the third time Im using this software and I hate it more and more each time I have to use it. It should be easy to set up not something where I have to hire a specialist to get things moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It doesn't really solve many problems, the landing page builder is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The interactive landing pages were the biggest selling point for the marketing hub...we made so many. I tried a lot of different landing page options and it was one of the easiest to use and the most intuitive. The customer support was also exceptional with someone there to assist via chat and a dedicated rep available via email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates (landing page) could be a little more interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an efficient marketing tool such as this that is already connected to an amazing CRM is quite the win. As agency marketers in the digital age, we struggle with having too many apps to use for too many reasons and Hubspot does a great job of integrating features.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Marketing Specialist and it easy for me to keep a track of social post, emails and subscriptions.

I can easily track the views and conversions..
What do you dislike about the product?
I can tag people in the social post and I have to edit it on LinkedIn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s solving the hassle of scheduling post and I can easily keep a track. I can see how emails are performing and prepare for next year in advance.

What do you like best about the product?
Sending emails and seeing the analytics for my emails is very helpful

From my usage, the padding in formatting HTML emails can be tricky, but just turning off the Hubspot padding gives me the control I need

What do you like best about the product?
I like the data representation, integration to my primary lead research tool - LinkedIn - and the sequences is such an amazing tool to manage large pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The daily email limits. I understand the criteria and reasoning behind it, but still..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We recently shifted from another CRM due to sync issues and delays, and the lack of add-ons what support sales processes. HubSpot has helped us with almost real-time data sync, integration with our other sales tools like LinkedIn and Surfe, and sequences. The impact on our sales processes and has almost been instantaneous.
I've also been able to automate some processes leaving me with ample time for more priority tasks.

Great for businesses looking for a scalable, all-in-one inbound marketing tool with solid automation and strong CRM integration.

Just make sure you're using enough of the features to justify the cost.

HubSpot helps us move faster, stay organised, and focus on what actually drives results because of ease of ab testing set ups across email and landing pages. It’s also given us better alignment between marketing and sales, and more clarity on what’s working.
