Hubspot makes my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to follow and set up campaigns and make automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it runs a little slow causing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structuring and organizing our campaigns so that they flow nicely over into Salesforce
Overall very useful but there are some minor that can disrupt operational use
What do you like best about the product?
Reporting on the types of queries we receive has been a really helpful insight into process areas that we can look to improve on as a business
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox area lags quite a lot, status changing/tagging tickets can take several seconds or minutes to update. If there is a long email thread in a ticket, this can sometimes appear jumbled when viewing the full thread.
Have only briefly investigated this and looking to spend more time but the integration seems very difficult to implement with Zapier when we have custom fields.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Operational problem solving, allowing us to introduce business solutions
Marketing Hub Works for Nonprofits, with Some Required Workarounds
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is integrated. Emails, forms, social, and website can all be easily joined for a pretty seamless process. These also connect with the CRM which is very helpful for us. The reporting and analytics, as well as Lead Scoring, help us to get good insights on our email health and the engagement of our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a nonprofit, the pricing can be a little expensive. Where we might want to add a single feature, we would be prompted to increase our tier which we are unable to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of tying all leads back to emails or forms with lead generation. It is also allowing us to send bulk emails easily. This helps us as a small team to accomplish more.
All-in-one from marketing to sales
What do you like best about the product?
As the Head of Growth and CRM Manager, I’ve found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be an invaluable tool for streamlining and scaling our marketing efforts. The all-in-one platform allows us to efficiently manage our email marketing, content, social media, and analytics in one place, making it a huge time-saver.
The automation features (workflows) allow us to nurture leads effectively (AI native with Breeze) and structure a nice lead scoring. The support is great, very responsive team, although chatbot are replacing people so the support has become a bit less accurate but faster.
The reporting dashboard is intuitive and customizable, so we can track the metrics that matter most to our team. HubSpot’s native integration or via easily done via make.com means our marketing campaigns are highly targeted and aligned with our sales efforts, helping us improve lead quality and conversion rates.
The library of add-ons make it also quite powerful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be a bit restrictive as you scale. As our team grows and our needs evolve, the cost of advanced features and higher-tier plans can add up quickly, especially for certain functionalities like the number of marketing emails you can send or the number of sales seat.
Another downside is the limitation to create deeper dashboards and revenue projection. For this we still need to go via Power BI or spreadsheets.

Managing various languages pages, gathering data points on conversion, and measuring impact of campaigns
The Only CRM That Actually Feels Built for Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how seamlessly everything works together in one place. Because of that unified experience, I can build, launch, and manage complex marketing workflows much faster than I could in other platforms. For example, in HubSpot I can spin up forms, attach automation, and track performance—all without leaving the same interface. In contrast, doing something similar in Salesforce would likely take a team of two, and still feel disjointed. HubSpot not only makes me more efficient as a solo operator, but also provides immediate access to insightful metrics and reporting—often automatically populated if you’re using the tools as designed. It’s a massive force multiplier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ironically, one of the things I love about HubSpot—its all-in-one approach and built-in attribution reporting—is also where it causes the most friction. The attribution reporting is overly rigid. While the native reports include various models like W-shaped or linear, those insights aren’t accessible in custom reports. This creates a frustrating disconnect: if you want to build a tailored, omni-channel attribution model, you’re stuck either using HubSpot’s predefined structure or rebuilding reports from scratch.
For clients who want detailed, multi-touch insight across channels—webinars, paid search, organic social, etc.—HubSpot’s attribution system becomes limiting fast. Once you need something more custom, the native reports often become confusing or irrelevant, and explaining which numbers to trust (and which to ignore) turns into an ongoing operational burden.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the fundamental problem of disconnected marketing tools and data. Instead of stitching together multiple platforms to manage forms, automation, reporting, and CRM functions, HubSpot provides a truly unified experience. That centralization lets me move faster, work more independently, and make better decisions based on real-time insights.
As someone who manages both strategy and execution, I’m able to build full-funnel campaigns—from lead capture to follow-up automation to reporting—without switching tools or involving a dev team. The system handles a lot of the tracking and attribution automatically, which saves time and reduces errors. It’s a huge advantage for lean marketing or RevOps teams that need to operate with precision and speed.

Primary Use For Creating, Sending and Analysing Email Campaign (UK)
What do you like best about the product?
The email builder is very easy to use, and the analytics after sending are clear and useful. Automated emails and workflows are easy to create.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder glitches regularly. It will not allow you to change the format of text without closing and reopening. It would be useful to be able to set a primary font so it's not writing in Arial all the time. Pasting with plain text should match the current formatting which is doesn't consistently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows, where leads are coming from, how many leads, analysing open and click through rates for emails, bots
Hubspot has seriously improved
What do you like best about the product?
It really now feels like a fully featured Marketing Automation Platform
What do you dislike about the product?
It still lacks some of the most powerful workflow tools of its biggest competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provide ease of use for core marketing automation capabilities: forms, marketing database, email, lead scoring.

We use hubspot with multiple different platforms to manage our clients and profitability causing duplicative data entry.
