What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive Email Builder: Drag‑and‑drop templates let us spin up branded newsletters in minutes—no HTML required.
Built‑in Lead Capture: Forms and pop‑up banners integrate directly with the CRM, so new contacts flow straight into segmented lists.
Centralized Reporting: A clear dashboard shows opens, clicks, and new contacts at a glance, so we spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows: Workflow capabilities are very basic—only simple, single-step automations are supported, and you can’t build branching or multi-stage sequences without upgrading.
Advanced Analytics: More granular attribution reporting is locked behind higher‑tier plans.
Template Customization: While easy to use, deeper design tweaks sometimes require custom CSS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates email, forms, and CRM into one platform—eliminating manual imports and cutting data reconciliation time by 75%. Its drag‑and‑drop email builder lets us design, brand‑check, and send campaigns in under an hour, slashing time‑to‑market from a week to an afternoon. Even with basic workflows, we automate targeted follow‑ups after form submissions, boosting post‑signup click‑through rates by 20%. Unified reporting surfaces open rates, click metrics, and contact growth in real time, freeing us from spreadsheet wrangling and enabling rapid optimization.

HubSpot gives my solo business complete website, blog and lead management with automated newsletters

What do you like best about the product?
In the Starter plan, I don't use this module extensively. The ability to manage marketing campaigns and send mailings is certainly a nice option.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a significant price difference between the Starter and Professional packages. Nothing in between. Unfortunately for me as a one-person company, the Professional package is financially out of reach. And that's a shame, as features like page translation or the ability to run 2 blogs on 2 domains are exactly what I need most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allowed me to combine CMS and CRM mechanisms along with mailing capabilities. I was able to eliminate additional tools. Moreover, HubSpot's interface is simple, friendly, and easy to use. I can manage my website, blog, and the acquired audience data in one place, in a single application. To put it more concisely, HubSpot centralized scattered data and became my primary system for managing my audience information.

A Powerful All-in-One CRM, Ideal for Scaling Sales and Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up automated workflows and email sequences in HubSpot. The CRM is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to track deals, log calls, and keep my outreach organized. The integrations with Gmail and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are also seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot is great overall, the reporting dashboard on the basic plan feels a bit limited. Also, certain automation features are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline and scale account-based marketing efforts effectively. With Account-Based Analytics, I can easily identify high-value target accounts, track engagement across channels, and prioritize outreach based on real-time activity. This has significantly improved our targeting precision and alignment with sales.

The Attribution reporting provides much-needed visibility into which campaigns and touchpoints are actually influencing pipeline and revenue. It helps us make data-backed decisions about where to invest marketing resources and cut down on ineffective efforts.

Account Data Management has been a game changer by keeping our contact and company data clean, enriched, and segmented, it allows for more personalized and timely communication across different buyer personas within an account.

Lastly, Customer Journey Analytics has given us a holistic view of how prospects move through the funnel. We can identify drop-off points, optimize nurture paths, and ensure a more consistent and relevant experience across marketing and sales touchpoints.

Overall, HubSpot Marketing Hub has made it easier to align marketing strategy with revenue goals, reduce manual work, and improve the efficiency of our ABM and lead conversion processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides that the UX is easy to navigate, the number of features just for Marketing functions is fantastic. AND it's intuitive to use whether whether it's a campaign or sequence or a one-time email, the platform makes it simple to communicate. Plus, other team members see what's happening as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the icons don't display the purpose very well.

Being up-to-date with the communications each team member may have with a client. This is so beneficial and an efficient use of resources.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about HubSpot Marketing is how everything I need is in one place—email, landing pages, social, automation, CRM, all of it. It’s super easy to use, even if you’re not super technical. I can build campaigns fast, track what’s working, and set up automated workflows that actually save time. The reporting’s solid, the CRM sync is seamless, and the support/resources are super helpful when I need them. It just makes marketing way easier and more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can get expensive as you scale, especially with add-ons. Some advanced features are locked behind higher tiers. Customization can feel limited compared to more flexible tools, and reporting, while solid, isn't as deep as some specialized analytics platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me keep everything in one place, saves time with automation, and makes it easy to see what’s working. I can capture and convert more leads, and stay in sync with sales. It just makes marketing smoother, faster, and way more effective.

It Works, Can Improve Workflows

  • May 13, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Email marketing is great, I use it a lot.

Regarding the AI tools: It's nice that it's all in one place, real value comes when its connected to your website and you do all of your blog writing in HubSpot. Workflows are easier and the SEO optimization for headlines/titles is nice. Quality of blogs can come from adding in all of the knowledge of your company. Remixing content is solid too, but it can be easy to make a lot of low-quality content. Work still needs to be put in so that it adds value to your customers.

It is easy to use, not sure how easy it is to connect with your website. My experience is mostly around the blog writing parts and I don't have it integrated with my website.

Customer support is always good, my rep is always helpful.

I used it for a bit, but haven't recently. Other workflows are easier and cheaper for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel that the quality of the writing is enough to one-shot a blog post. Will still require a lot of editing and writing. Image generation is standard. I don't see too much more value than paying for ChatGPT Pro and using that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing, contacting customer mid-funnel
