It's great - saves a ton of time, but still needs it's adjustments.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation. Whether it be emails or social posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the AI features - especially when it comes to graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media - it makes it quick and easy, but I don't love how Hubspot changes our links (we post) to look like theyre coming from Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
The analytics are a huge plus. Also the ability to keep a clean marketing list with their tools are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be more personalization options with email, campaigns, and auto flows.

Being able to separate and target specific audiences in order to tailor to multiple industries.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub offers a highly intuitive user interface that makes it easy to build and automate campaigns without needing advanced technical knowledge. The ability to segment contacts dynamically, create personalized emails, and set up workflows visually is a big plus. Its integration with the CRM system allows for smooth alignment between sales and marketing teams, and the drag-and-drop email and landing page builder saves a lot of time. The reporting dashboard is clear and helps monitor campaign effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is easy to use, it becomes limited if you're running highly complex automation or need deep customization. Some features like A/B testing or advanced reporting require higher-tier plans, which may feel restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub helps centralize our marketing efforts by combining email marketing, landing pages, contact management, automation, and analytics into one platform. Before using HubSpot, managing outreach campaigns across multiple tools was time-consuming and error-prone. Now, I can segment audiences, automate nurturing workflows, and track performance in real-time—all in one place. This not only saves time but also improves lead quality and alignment with the sales team. It’s especially beneficial for creating scalable processes without relying on technical resources.
All-in-One Marketing Platform That Scales as You Scale
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is incredibly intuitive and makes it easy to manage all of our marketing operations from one place — email campaigns, landing pages, automation workflows, forms etc. The drag-and-drop editor is easy to use and customizable, and the ability to build nurture campaigns and track conversions without needing developers is a huge win when you have a really small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can get pretty steep as your contact database grows or if you need access to more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot allows you the ability to unify marketing efforts in a singular platform. Before using it, you are trying to piece together whether it be a CRM, email marketing software, landing page builder along with automation.
A Must Have For Any Org
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Hubspot and Salesforce is something every org should have. You can't move the needle without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit on the higher side. If you're able to make Hubspot more accessible with better pricing, that will be a game changer

What do you like best about the product?
Besides being enormously robust and multi-functional/efficient, the part I've liked best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is getting to work with the incredible team at A8 -- they're true pros and take the overwhelm away with their organization and expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using HubSpot Marketing Hub is genuinely not being able to comprehend and use the totality of the platform -- it's massive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through HubSpot Marketing Hub we're able to streamline our content marketing efforts with automation while also learning from every data point regarding how our audience is responding to and engaging with our content.
Hupspot is a powerful CRM with a lot of features.

HS does exactly what I need to do, to manage and track all my clients' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could put a limit on how many tasks I can assign for a particular day.

It allows my team to fully manage your client base, all while i am able to track my teams work progress.
Good but improvable
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot’s Marketing Hub is a powerful and comprehensive tool that makes managing campaigns and nurturing leads incredibly efficient. While overall satisfaction is high, there’s still room for improvement in terms of occasional bugs and a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes is not so easy to understand how should be used and the presence of occasional bugs slow downs the operations

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to navigate around the marketing hub and not too overwhelming. It's also easy to teach the team how to use it and implementing in our day to day tasks. We use it quite a lot too.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there's nothing that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a sales crm that was robust and not lacking in features. Hubspot has everything we needed.
