Exellent CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most efficient CRM I have ever used to manage all of the contacts and companies that do business with my employer. Being able to keep track of deals as well has been an important tool for our growth strategy. Ease of implementation and availability of customer support has been amazing.
The platform also easily integrates with our Exact Online system that was used prior. I use it every day.

What do you dislike about the product?
Having important features require a paid seat makes it hard for implementation for the admin user without a paid seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of the many contacts within our previous CRM.
All in one program, once you learn workflows it frees up your time for planning campaigns.
What do you like best about the product?
As a company we subcribed to HubSpot before other programs such as salesforce and drift. It was very helpful both as a CRM platform and as a email marketing hub, creating landing pages, forms, surveys, and creating and tracking automatic email campaigns. As a marketer this program is definitely one of my favorites for its ease of use and for it's practical applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more tracking capabilities in HubSpot. While the dashboards and reports are great they are limited in presentations and sometimes do not pull all of the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is one of our one-stop shops on the marketing team so not having to use multiple programs for all of these functions allows my team to put together visually cohesive campaigns.

Favorite CRM marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for an all-in-one CRM marketing platform for campaign and event tracking, analytics, email marketing, popups, lists, blogs, paid and social ads, social media posting/scheduling/listening, building forms, reports and dashboards, tracking URLs, and webpages. The copilot and Breeze AI are great new features too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some technical issues from time to time with features not working, but Hubspot will provide banner notifications when things are not properly working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning and launching new campaigns and tracking marketing performance.

it was a great
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is super easy to use for the type of advanced functionality it provides
What do you like best about the product?
Most of its features are very user friendly, with drag-and-drop functionalities and the ability to leverage AI as a time saver. It doesn't feel like we're restricted by the streamlined UI, either. There are still plenty of more "advanced" functionalities available, such as tokens and padding in the marketing email editor, or conditional fields in the form builder. This has been a game-changer for our company where marketing/business development staff wear many hats and have varying levels of expertise in specific marketing functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
For national/global company like ours, the lack of specific permissions restrictions that can be applied to the Marketing Hub is frustrating. For example, it is currently not possible to restrict access to the form builder without that impacting access to the forms our marketers can pull into landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub is helping us propel our unified marketing efforts by reducing the amount of time it takes our marketing teams to build assets and making it much easier to establish branded templates and elements. The accessibility of analytics empowers our marketing teams to iterate on their campaigns.
It's good

Great marketing tool for a smaller team
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is easy to pick up compared to other platforms. It’s ui and ux feels intuitive, and the ability to bookmark as well as save specific parts of workflows for reuse make programs feel scalable
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be very rigid as it’s clear things are intended to work within the Hubspot ecosystem. However with SF as our primary crm and our sales reps working out of outreach, our data feels more disjointed than it should but really it’s using the data that’s a pain. The sf campaign object worked in Hubspot to some extent, I can add to a campaign as a specific status but I can’t use that status as a field in a list of example. At best it forces me to redo work to mirror what we have built in another tool, at worst I have to export and import and other manual processes.
There are a lot of functionality that is half baked and can be used in some places but not othered. Property value changes work as a workflow entry method but I can’t use that same logic on a list.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective segmentation and ability to engage our prospects. Previously we were using Marketo and my company was hiring jr level marketers. I was hired right after the move to Hubspot with a consultant background in many tools. I don’t feel limited in Hubspot like I have in other platforms
