Best CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing makes my job easier! As a single marketer for a start up organization, it can be challenging creating, scheduling, and reporting on activities. Hubspot makes it easier to show stakeholders how our efforts are creating leads and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's hands down the best I've used!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the headache of creating content and reporting on those activities. Us and sales can go in and see how contacts are interacting with us and use that info to help in prospecting / closing deals.

Intuitive features - easy to track contacts, companies, deals, activities, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that your marketing contacts are too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problem Hubspot is helping to solve is organizing company, contact and deal information. Also reaching many prospects quickly and efficiently via email campaigns, etc. easy Integration with other software like QuickBooks and MailChimp are an extreme plus.
Great Marketing solution - No need for additional integration with CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The best is Hubspot is the CRM for sales but at the same time it has marketing, CSM, support type of different packages. Having marketing solution inside CRM is so easy. We do not need to implement anything, or do anything extra to connect with sales part. No brainer to buy Hubspot marketing especially if company already uses CRM of Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though prices look fair at the first glance, unfortunately it is not the case. If you are doing B to C business and massive marketing email transactions, then costs can be quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using different marketing tools, for social media, email marketing, CRM etc. We were integrating all those end to end, never got a good results. Patching the softwares or adding one another does not work well! Thanks to Hubspot we have all in place now. Marketing team can also easily track which MQL affects SQL since we have one platform for all.
Simple all in one solution for business
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, most of the things needed are here. There are courses to learn whatever you need to learn, which might even certify you in that tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had the plan for so long we have a legacy plan, the only issue is that we need a cumbersome process to change marketing contacts because of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly use it to build our landing pages and integrate with other tools, like Mailchimp or salesforce. The forms in the website trigger automations for emails, and with other tools we enrich data from the forms. We have built custom modules for the site that use a function that is like a Database (HubDB), which allows us to manage data across multiple landing pages with a nice UI

The many options that it can track my interactions without me manually entering them

I feel lik the phone app is good but doesn't match the online experience.

The costs can escalate quickly, especially as your contact list grows or you require more advanced features. For instance, the Professional plan starts at $890 per month for up to 2,000 contacts, with an additional onboarding fee of $3,000.

HubSpot Makes Marketing Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot came through for me allowing me to get rid of several other pieces of software by combining them into on easy to learn product!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way parts of Hubspot are inaccessible at lower tiers. I would like to be able to try out the different levels on a limited basis before deciding to go with the higher plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot provides an overview of my client accounts and projects while seamlesslessly including invoicing and marketing analytics.
It's great but...
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the possiblites are endless with the Hubspot marketing hub but specifically love the automations and templates. I like to send individual emails to clients using specialized templates and Hubspot Marketing allows me to do just that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is absolutely insane. We have tons of contacts but simply cannot afford the upgrades that are needed. If there were a middle plan, I'd be ecstatic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hubspot Marekting as my CRM for my practice. Essentially, whenever a person expresses interest, they are automatically sent emails with information on how they can move forward and all of their options for us to support them. I also link to my client's practice portals from some of the automated emails following my completion of initial consult forms, ensuring clients have access and understanding of everything we have to offer and exactly what they need to do moving forward. You're getting me new clients and ensuring they are kept well informed every step of the way.
