As valuable as a real-life employee
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub allows a small team like ours to operate BIG.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is learning curve. To onboard a new employee so that they feel confident using this tool, they need dozens of hours of training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep our "stuff" in a single place, and we can manage it quite effectively on mobile too.
HubSpot is Everything You Need for a Smarter Digital Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
- Very clean and easy to navigate UI/UX design: The user interface is intuitive and well-organized, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to get up to speed quickly.
- Everything in one space: HubSpot consolidates all our digital marketing needs in a single platform, eliminating the need for third-party software for various features. This integration saves us time and money while providing a more streamlined experience.
- Mature, feature-rich platform: The marketing tools available are well-developed and meet all our requirements, from lead nurturing to email automation and analytics. The features are robust and ready to support both small-scale and large-scale marketing efforts.
- Exciting new "buyer intent" beta feature: I’m especially impressed with the beta version of the "buyer intent" feature, which adds a valuable layer of insight for identifying and prioritizing leads that are more likely to convert. :)
- Cloud-based and fast performance: Being a cloud-based solution, HubSpot’s speed is generally very quick, ensuring smooth operations and fast access to tools and data from anywhere.
- Exceptional customer support: The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They’re quick to resolve any issues, and I appreciate the comprehensive resources available, including the knowledge base and community forums.
- Integration works well with our other software such as Slack, WordPress etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don’t have any major complaints. However, if I had to mention a couple of areas for improvement, it would be the following:
- Design customization: While HubSpot offers powerful tools, making design changes (such as form styles or landing page customization) often requires developer knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It would be ideal if the platform offered more user-friendly design features that would empower non-developers to customize these elements without needing technical expertise.
- Mobile app functionality: It would be great if more features were available in the mobile app. Expanding its functionality would make it easier to manage and monitor campaigns on the go.
- Customizable reporting: The current reporting tool could offer more flexibility. While we can save data within fields, the level of customization for reports is somewhat limited. More advanced customization options would allow for better-tailored reporting to suit specific business needs.

We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to cover every aspect of our digital marketing efforts. Customer segmentation and email marketing are the two areas where HubSpot benefits us the most.
Not easy
What do you like best about the product?
It seems to have the potential and features to help us get to where we need to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complicated and not as robust we were led to believe when we were in sales process. Everything is pay to play

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly Hubspot is compared to other CRMs. I have used a handle of other CRMs for marketing and this one is by far more user friendly. Their interface is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how small the marketing contact tiers are. If you get above a certain number of contacts, you are changed more. This is how must CRMs are, but I think the thresholds for marketing tiers are quite small so you get charged more very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows us to integrate website forms into a CRM. We can use it for automation journeys for new supporters and monthly newsletters.
Everything all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
As a small business owner, I like everything to be in one place. I can market, send emails, track activity on social media and my website, and watch my ROI. Additionally, I know I have what is considered "one of the best" when you find out the other programs use Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that HubSpot is not really small business friendly

Helping manage all of my customer data

I like the fact that all my collegues have access to the site so we can stay up to date on everything.

Currently i haven't found anything that i dislike!

Reliable and practical CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
Keeping templates organized is something that I value greatly, and I use it daily. It's easy to create new ones and personalize them, which helps with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sidebar is unfortunately still confusing and I haven't been able to get used to it, even with daily usage of the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our customers up to date of our latest releases and sending follow up emails for important meetings. It makes it less likely that I will forget about following up on something. The tasks list is key in my day to day for these reasons as well.
Great software for customer and pipeline management.

I like is very user friendly, you can customize pretty much everything and there is a lots of articles that makes easy to change things or answer any questions within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
that is web browser based. I just dont like that I have to rely on web. thats all.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to log activities and to see how customers progress through campaigns

Hubspot sometimes has reliability issues and goes down.

Hubspot is making it easy to track and see how successful our marketing campaigns are with our customers.
So many features!

The features are endless and even if you arent computer savvy they have a whole library of videos that will show you how to utilize their system.

I would like to see more templates in the marketing hub
