What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can see anything from a phone call, email or text with a customer no matter who had helped that customer. I also really like that you can see how many times a customer has opened an email that you have sent them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and places to look for information, so sometimes it gets clogged up and it is hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps make it so everyone has access to the same information. This allows us to to have any team member step in and start helping the customer instead of waiting for the last person who helped them.

Great asset to have alongside CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Have used HS Marketing Hub in a few different business settings and like being able to run campaigns and web presence in the same system i host my CRM for a more complete user experience and overview. It's easy to use for the most part and online help is easy to access in the academy. I would use the system everyday and the dashbaord would be my got to homepage first thing in the morning
What do you dislike about the product?
just my own frustrations when learning new tools or sequences, there can be parts that don't feel as intuitive as i'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i like having all my sales & marketing tools in one place

Wonderful All encompassing CRM and sale management tool

What do you like best about the product?
It really does everything you could ask for and more. Not only does it track your contacts, it also tracks all your sales leads, with financial weight attached so you know how much business you are winning or losing. You then have the ability to generate specific reports to really assist in managing your business through data, not just gut. Its application to run your website so much easier than wordpress especially for smaller updates being completed by a novice. It can also generate and manager email marketing champaigns. It really is the best CRM I've ever used, and it is not overly complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does so much, you really need to dive in and start using it. If you limit yourself to just the basic collection of contacts or even job management, then you wont get your values for your money. The task management system isn't the best, but its also not the worst I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is actually letting us Market our business for the first time ever. Because of its all encompassing nature you have a one stop shop for your marketing and CRM needs, instead of having to access multiple different systems or sites to market/manager your sales business.

What do you like best about the product?
Functionality, well integrated inside HubSpot hubs, external apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Outlook app logs out after every restart, offering limited functionality compared to the Gmail add-on. Many features are available for just $20 (starter tier), but many more are only available for $1500 per person per month (enterprise), such as setting up websites for two domains.

What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to use and how the marketing content it allows us to provide is professional. We use the marketing hub consistently and have always had great support from Hubspot should we have any questions. It's super easy to integrate into your pre-existing websites, etc. I would use the marketing hub every week no doubt.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is that the email marketing template is quite basic, you really have to import everything in from outside hubspot to get a well thought out template. For example there are only about 10 fonts you can use in hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing is helping us to manage the incoming inquiries off our website and by taking the emails and adding them to the marketing email list if the visitor has selected this. Extremely useful that this is done automatically so that when we go to send a marketing email the data base is up to date.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use. Marketing task are mapped out for you on the platform making it easier for users to create fabulous marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not have access to all aspects of the platform due to being an intern so I am not sure of anything that I may have disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped the client automate their social media post and keep the campaign organized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of information you can gather in Hubspot and the insight it gives you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are restrictions regarding how you can manipulate the data or the posiblities when using the database. Integration is not straightforward. Customer support is not the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching out to different clients to cater our services in a more targeted way.
