A great tool for small but mighty marketing teams that do it all!

What do you like best about the product?
I love that most of what I need to do my job is all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be more robust but I don't feel like they're not doing the job enough to purchase an entirely separate tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to succeed in multiple marketing functions in one place and work closely with sales.

The training Material is not created for a person to self train, it dores not indicate any step by step or training to learn how to set up

Decent basic CRM and Marketing Emails

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and sending emails, with the ability to clone and insert enhancements like basic personalization using contact properties and adding a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the email health doesn't account for old contacts and allow you to personalize your expected bounce rate so it doesn't hurt your deliverability within the platform. I also wish more features were available without spending so much more annually to upgrade to the next tier of the plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub solves our problem of marketing to a moderately sized contact list and still making the email look 1:1 but professional. There are great email building tools that allow for an email to look very commercial or very personalized without the receipient knowing the difference.

What do you like best about the product?

I have yet to observe any significant downsides.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a powerful marketing automation tool that has enabled Locus to grow our customer base and remain in touch with our existing clients in ways that we had previously struggled to deliver. I particularly like that Hubspot is an all-in-one platform, we don't just use the marketing hub, but also HubSpot's sales, invoices and CRM. Having all our customers in one place makes it so much easier to trace engagment though the sales process. This has helped us streamline workflows and remove the need for multiple tools.

HubSpot is also pretty easy to use, making it accessible to both marketers and non-marketers, which means everyone in our company can and does use it. The interface has recently been revamped and it looks good, easy to navigation allow me to get to the information I want.

I particularly love Landing Pages which has made it really easy to augment our own website with new pages managed in HubSpot, that allow us to capture contact information directly into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worse thing about Hubspot is probably the pricing bands, we are a small company and Hubspot's pricing can make some tools outside our reach even though they might be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using HubSpot we found it difficult to keep in touch with our customers, and running specific, segmented markeitng campaigns was really difficult. With HubSpot that has now changed and we are able to target our customers and potential customers in ways that we simply couldn't have done previously. We now get to enage, and track that engagement, much more effectively and this has allowed us to drive sales effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool given to you even with the starter pack is amazing compared to their competitors. Also to add ease of integration and implementation was simple. We use hubspot for all marketing efforts so we use it frequently and I would suggest it for someone needing a CRM platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think support can use work both on the information they give and the ease of using their support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves analytic data for all our marketing efforts and it benefits us by being able to tell what campaigns are successful and which aren't.

I wish it was included to be able to see a visual representation (family tree) or specific associations between parent and children accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great tool that enables us to achieve a level of controls and automation that helps us touch more potential customers. As soon as we can convert, there is a massive set of controls to maintain them as a trusted partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support for customization on templates are not strong and somehow limited in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central point of contact management and its lifecycle. This helps a lot to store all relevant information about a contact, client and deals.

What do you like best about the product?
My firm transitioned to HubSpot away from SalesForce. I wish we did it years ago. HubSpot is intuitive, with a quick learning curve and any user can learn. The quality of the templates is high, and inspires my team to send more frequent communications because the result is something we are more excited to share. Data management chores are never enjoyable, but HubSpot makes them as streamlined as pobbible. The platform shines best with it's email and landing page capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web-based nature of the service does lag, somewhat. However, this is only an occasional irritant rather than an impediment to productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous CRM (SalesForce) had become unsable except by one guru at our firm-- and even she was fed up. HubSpot is entirely functional, and easy to learn by non-gurus.
