Brought all our efforts into one place and streamlined our marketing process
What do you like best about the product?
It's given us the ability to house so many of our efforts like email social and even linking our Google and social ads so we can see a full picture of how our campaigns are running
What do you dislike about the product?
The social features are limited compared to other social planning scheduling softwares
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The content hub is helping our small team be more efficient with our limited resources
It is a robust program with so much to offer the digital marketer.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is connected to socials, digital marketing, web pages, landing pages, sales and learning that it can do so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn but I'm sure once I've used it for a while it will become much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Still too new to know for sure.
Connected User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot everyday to send emails, schedule social media, and collect leads through forms and ads. The UI is intuitive and drag-and-drop friendly for non-designers. It's also easy to set brand and user-level controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting has improved over the last 5 years, but still has a ways to go for custom email reporting and visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all of our customer data in one platform with realtime engagement data has helped to understand the full customer journey and bring us closer to an attribution model than Salesforce could.

The Marketing Hub helps me have one place to take care of all of my marketing needs, which is especially helpful with social media management.
Great for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simple to understand and use, and is quite powerful especially for businesses that are just starting out in their marketing journey. It has many integrations with many of our favorite apps. I use it everyday for my email, social media, and operations. Our CSM is easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional blockers that are not prevalent on other systems that are more configurable and geared towards more enterprise users, but this is somewhat expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us email at scale and also see analytics on our social media efforts.
Everything Under One Roof
What do you like best about the product?
After using HubSpot Marketing Hub for over 5+ years, I know I could never go back to something else. Having all my coms under one roof saves me time, keeps data clean, and keep messaging uniform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing. It is always improving and coming out with better, newer ways of doing things and that is what I'm looking for.

All of the above. Understanding and tracking customers is the biggest thing.
Easy and seamless marketing layout
What do you like best about the product?
Automated marketing emails and seamless streamlining for marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing emails only show up in the contact and not the deal.

Making marketing automations viewable in the HubSpot deal.

What do you like best about the product?
there is a new AI feature that allows for quick edit of the content on the fly. It's handy for rewrites to convert stream of conscious into good prose.

What do you dislike about the product?
the UI to make an email is shockingly hard. Nothing drags/drops. Things auto-adjust the wrong way (centered vs column). I have to manually add everything. It feels like WordPerfect from 1999 vs. MS Word from 2010... (and no one seems to offer what I really want which is a true drag/drop design experience). bit tricky for casual user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
no HQ support fo makreting, so we needed to run a departmental email newletter. we easily installed HS and were able to pull lists into the system . it deduplicated contacts and improved deliverability. we tried doing it through a few other 'smaller' systems, but hubspot was the best middle solution
Easy Integration for Marketing Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Easy connection between CMS, Marketing CRM, and Sales tools enables our teams to work in better sync, ensuring a good customer journey
What do you dislike about the product?
While reporting capabilities are robust, I'd love to see more customization options for tracking and visualizing data. Visualization options are somewhat limited.
