What do you like best about the product?
have everything in one place and you can upload lists fast for creating campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
custom settings or templates are hidden or not in same place / like when you are using forms and trying to modify color and settings on a landing page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
measuring effectiveness of our campaigns and helping with event management. helpful to get insights on web traffic

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot has made it to send Email Marketing Campaigns to our customers. My Sales Team and I are able to work seamlessly together to quickly send campaigns out on a regular basis that are targeted to each of their respective customers. I also love our Customer Success Manager! He is a vital part of our team at this point, as he works closely to help make sure we understand the functionality of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the design aspect for Email Marketing was easier to use and gave more options for more creative designs. I find myself using outside programs for our design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing was able to bridge a gap between the Marketing and Sales departments at my company, thus allowing us to work together more easily and boost our customer experience. I never had access to the Sales contact previously to be able to send Marketing campaigns, and this has given us the ability to do so. We are now communicating regularly with our customers on closings, product highlights, and deals at our company.

What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is to create templates, upload and create lists, and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I haven't come across anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to track our subscribers, start lead generating, and use automation for our invoices, monthly newsletters, abandoned carts, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The hubspot dashboards are user-friendly, fully customizable, and update in real time. It is so easy to share various tests with the team from one convenient location

It took awhile to get comfortable with creating the dashboards and some of the unique reporting capabilities aren't obvious right off the bat

What do you like best about the product?
It's quick and easily to implement. It works best when you combine with CMS and the whole HubSpot Ecosystem
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to do some workaourds if you have a major enterprise account as it doesnt allows cloned contacts (same email) so you need to share those between markets including the whole contact activity which may bring some headaches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation as it's best, combined with operation hubs is probably one of the best SaaS
