It takes a little bit to set it up, but worth it!

Automating journeys, making blog posting easier, better integration of multiple data sources for website and eblasts.
Lots of features, good customer service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot Marketing Hub has many features that bundles many sections of your marketing needs like Emails, Forms, Lead Scoring and Website Pages. The team is always adding new features so they are expanding. The customer support is usually good because the reps are knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The attribution tracking, especially multi-touch attribution capabilities, are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bundles the capabilities of many tools together so that is helpful because we don't need to use various tools. We use most of the features, from reports and analytics to creating and sending emails to creating intake forms. All the capabilities are smooth and efficient in our day-to-day processes because they are easy to learn.
A must have for all telecommunications providers

Its a lot to set up in the beginning to get started.

I am still getting used to all the new features but we still love it.

I am able too see all pieces of a campaign in one spot. Whether it is social, email or forms it is a within on platform.
HubSpot is a gamechanger for marketers!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is so easy to use and very effective. It makes reporting easy and assists me in making descicions for future campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing (which is small) is that contacts who are marked non-marketing takes a full month to update.

We are a small team that wears many hats - so hubSpot allows us to get many things done in a single location.

Easy to Use Platform, Great User Experience

Always innovating and improving the platform in easy to use ways.

Nothing - we are very happy so far, especially compared to past providers.

We have a small team that wears a lot of hats and Hubspot makes it easy for us to do everything we need to do all in one place.
Marketing Hub is easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't know much about HubSpot Marketing Hub when I first came to AAA Western and Central New York, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. Building workflows and lists is much easier than pretty much any other ESP I've used in my career. I also really like how HubSpot is constantly making improvements to their product. I am very happy that we use HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the drag and drop editor was a little more robust. I would like to be able to use smart rules without having to use the drag and drop editor. I also wish there was more regular contact with our account team. We tried the technical consulting and found it wasn't really worth the money, but I would appreciate a monthly rather than quarterly meeting with our customer success manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is how we send marketing and transactional emails to our members. We will soon use it to send SMS messages as well. It gives us the ability to communicate with our members and increase their engagement with our organization. HubSpot also allows us to segment our members into groups to more effectively communicate with them.

pricing structure based on contact volume, needing an add-on to manage multiple domains
