Hubspot Thinks Ahead
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity and standardization. Drag and drop options are nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to format emails and webpages and modules can be frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all our content and sharing it in a standardized way
Marketing hub is advanced enough to do what you need it to while being simple enough for your team.
What do you like best about the product?
Campaign analytics are amazing as well as the wonderful workflow engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some attribution for offline sources is a bit lacking. I do have it on good authority that this is a high priority for the Campaigns team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve marketing automation and data management needs
Great experience so far and love that there is always something new every year.

Integrating it all into one place is great. Easy to navigate through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some say that leads are sometimes not assigned automatically and need to be done manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefiting us with the company cards and keeping customer information all in one place. We send out alot of emails and it's been such a great tool for that.
Hubspot Marketing Makes Our Team Cohesive!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a central place for all things marketing. My favorite is the campaign tab that I can see all campaign assets in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
That when I update a landing page, it doesn't actually update all the time. Even after saving something several times it doesn't always work. Often times I have to clone a page to make it accurate, which is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our team all on the same page, saves me several headaches
A very intuitive base
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and complete platform! The hardest part is to use all the potential. Very good way to centralize all the initiative. I like the Hubspot Academy, that is very insightful.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Where to start" can be hard to identify and target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's integrated. No need to buy a lot of different applications that are not talking to each other.

Amazing CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Hubspot we used Keap and Pipedrive. Hubspot has been amazing. Having the integrated platform that is so easy to use has saved our team so much time! We love Hubspot and how often they update their platform and continue to innovate

We have a lot of data and the cleanliness can be challenging and not always as intuitive

Its not so much a dislike, but learning the ins and outs of the produxt cam take some time.

Increased Reporting and access
What do you like best about the product?
The reporting features and access to DATA is incredibly helpful. ROI, lead quality, clicks, opens, etc, which helps to make data driven decisions more accessible is great. Scheduling content is also simple and anyone can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms can be a bit too simple, meaning if/then routes aren't really possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to data -- roi, click and open rates, funnel success

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub has simplify my daily task as a marketer and brought everything into one place. My ads and social are connected to our campaigns, and creating report for management has been super easy.
As well our sales and marketing team are more connected than ever.
We are excited to learn what else HubSpot will develop.

What do you dislike about the product?
For now we haven't had many inconvinineces. It's straight forward. I would only love to be able to do sequences without a sales seat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation. Having everything in one place and being all connected has saves us time and makes all team aware of what are we working and how things are performing.
