Cost on higher end of competitive solutions.

If your not using HubSpot by now, you're not serious about marketing

Marketing Hub is the ultimate engine right now for building, executing and measuring campaigns.

A little pricey for small firms that don't have a marketing budget

Automation of tasks and attribution of revenue to marketing
Max Out Marketing Efficiency and Effectiveness
What do you like best about the product?
Ability for 2 to 5 person teams to operate like a major player with access to all the advertising, social, email and blog tools to attract new customer and retain and cross-sell/upsell new customers. I've led both B2B and B2C teams in doing this.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an initial intimidation factor, but you learn quickly this not grounded in reality. Support is excellent trial-and-error can be done because there are safeguards against bad mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead attribution, customer email, social, advertising, blogs and calendar management. Tremendous time savings for a very small but mighty team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is by far the best marketing automation platform I've ever used! The ease is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about the platform.

Allows me to enroll prospects into campaigns with ease

It's a seamless experience and has everything I need to create effective landing pages, emails, and lists.

A lot of updates and changes to navigation, but can learn where they are quickly

Especially in the campaign tracking I sometimes miss some tracking features.

It helps me a lot to understand the lead funnel even better and to understand in which phase my leads engage the most.

Very easy to use and great for creating emails, landing pages and forms. Great for lead gen and attribution when doing multi channel campaigns with data collection.

Having to pay more for marketing contracts.

Helps create content like emails and forms while helping prove ROI and attribution for paid channels. Helps with reporting especially on MQLs and the customer journey.
