Great partner for SMB
What do you like best about the product?
Good ability to augment lead scoring and do workflow automation powered by their and our other vendors insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like a more slick interface that feels a bit newer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better top of funnel and with Amplitude behavioral data for lead scoring and workflow automation.

I love all the new integrations and I am excited to work integrative with the sales team

I am wondering if AI will scrub my product for all it's worth

It is waaaay easier to understand than pardot. I am able to show my team leads how I am working with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
When our company needs to send newsletters and special announcements to clients, I find it's very easy and convenient through the Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools to learn at once and it can be slightly overwhelming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be difficult to organize and plan our client outreach effectively and Hubspot makes our jobs much easier in this department.

I have been using marketing hub from last 6 years and I simply love creating emails in HubSpot. It's super easy to add personalization token and AB test feature is great for our company.
