Best Marketing Software
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything I need for running a marketing department is all in one place and integrates with anything I would ever need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are loading bugs, but they reload after a couple min.

Making content creation and reporting easy!
Easy and straightforward to use! Bulletproof!

Marketing hub covers a wide variety of services in the marketing world, putting them all under one umbrella, which makes it easy to streamline campaigns across multiple platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the AI features were a little better, but just head Breeze was launched and excited for demo that out.

Streamlining all marketing processes.

This tool is so easy to use! They show investment in the product and the support is unparalleled!

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing Hub is what Hubspot was made to do and it shows. Their automation platform is user friendly while boasting the through data depth that enterprise marketers need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently the paywall between Pro and Enterprise Hubs is extremely detrimental for growing brands.

Enabling B2B SaaS companies to manage their entire bowtie funnel with advanced automation.
The best way to automate your marketing operations
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and easy to read dashboard. Easy analytics reporting. Easy to segment campaigns and keep big operations organized!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to learn at first but as with anything worthwhile, there's a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization has 10 departments we send emails for and it helps keep our operations organized and easy to manage.
HubSpot has improved our email program from non-existent to through the roof.

The seamless flow of marketing automations and segmenting lists to curate our marketing communications.

A/b/n testing functionalities and not providing sample sizing suggestions for stat sig.

One of the standout features is the intuitive, user-friendly interface. Even for team members with little tech experience, the learning curve is minimal. We can create campaigns quickly, and the drag-and-drop email editor is particularly helpful. An area for improvement is the customization options for reporting, as more advanced users may find the pre-built templates limiting for in-depth, tailored analytics.

The hubspot marketing hub allows us to collect and manage our lead information, export the information we need, and analyze our CRO process.

If you're looking to integrate forms via API on another platform, the process can be error prone.

Hubspot Marketing Hub has an endless amount of features that help marketers to effectively manage and optimize data, ensuring accurate reporting and building smooth process with workflows. Hubspot's accessible knowledge base and academy resources can help even a beginner user to smoothly navigate through through the platform and find a way to solve a lot if marketing challenges.

The support used to be much more responsive and helpful, but even now it's still one of the best support experiences I have ever had.
