Seamless user experience!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy the platform is to integrate our other marketing tools with. The social media features are helpful and the reports allow our team to cross collaborate with sales and gain the insights we need to effectively market to our audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the social media features are helpful, they are basic and don't quite offer the the level of insight we need to drill down into our audiences

Hubspot helps our team effectively manage our different audiences with email segmentation and build out engaging communications

We use a ton of automation in our business and hubspot makes it easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I'm pleased overall. It can be a bit pricey though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crm automation, email marketing that is surgically targeted.
Great platform with lots of support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform makes it a marketer's fav. The customer support is also outstanding.

Lead attribution sometimes is a little confusing.

What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing features are great, easy to customize and edit. Landing page creation made easy too. Love to use their social scheduling features and building workflows from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish their analytics for social were better, and data clean up was easier rather than having to upgrade to operations hub for basic data health.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting campaigns out the door and serves as a source of truth for all marketing activities.

I love how easy and intuitive it is to use!

I wish the url was more easily available to change, not inside of settings where I often forget about it.

Is it solving our problem of having many landing pages and forms.

The easy navigation and user friendly intert. Don't need coding experience to build email or a website.

Sometimes its not intuitive to find where to resize or edit content.

Lead generation is easy to track and bolt to salesforce.

Great system easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the way there is training built in and the user friendliness of this system. Being able to hold our content and approvals as well as the strong reporting has helped us a lot.

There are some email creative limitations for mobile that I'd love to see adjusted

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Hubspot as a key for the process of the marketing funnel. Since I was in carrer I had subjects which teached me about how to use Hubspot.

I really don't have anything to say. I just like the process.

To be aware of the process and how I can be at the time.
