Great system easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the way there is training built in and the user friendliness of this system. Being able to hold our content and approvals as well as the strong reporting has helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some email creative limitations for mobile that I'd love to see adjusted

What do you like best about the product?
I really love Hubspot as a key for the process of the marketing funnel. Since I was in carrer I had subjects which teached me about how to use Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have anything to say. I just like the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be aware of the process and how I can be at the time.
All in one CRM that has helped us take our campaigns to the next level.
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has helped elevate our product campaigns. We now can better track analytics and conversions from customers filling out applications. It provides a place to gather all of our creative assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Immplementaion was cumbersome but thanks to out partners at Webstrategieswe succsefully incoporated our core to the Hubspot CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WE can now better track conversion our site and see the full customer journey. Wow!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy onboarding, the vast amount of integrations available and the user experience of HubSpot making it very easy for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to not like. Its pretty robust

What do you like best about the product?
Its everything you need for your marketing department. Makes marketing ops 100 times easier.

A little more education and onboarding for smaller accounts would be good. Personalized customer service is key to make even independent agencies use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Within the marketing hub it's super helpful for our team to do everything within one platform!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest complaint is the email marketing and not being able to do sizes for mobile and desktop.

Definitely has minimized our tech stack!
HubSpot Marketing - Powerful Tools with some oddities
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see what people are doing, all of the touchpoints, and building reports from that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are oddities that can be quite frustrating. It's hard to pinpoint exact issues because they usually crop up as your trying to do something that should be logical. My main gripe would be the inability to create a report with advertising, forms, website activity, deals, etc. together. Our display ads can only be tracked through the web traffic. So I need to combine campaigns with web traffic and it's impossible. I also hate the documentation, it's terrible and super high level. And support is spotty.

We are able to stitch together the customer journey and related analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
How it helps me view work and processes in one view. Also the integrations!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Pmm, it's difficult to connect my work when collaborating with my technical counterparts like engineering and product (for visibility)

Helps me have visibility into social media levers occurring across the org.
