What do you like best about the product?
This has allowed us to keep a good communication flow to members while building nurture campaigns for those nonmembers. It's been great to integrate social and email together in one spot.

As a content creator, I'm often bested by technology. HubSpot is the most user friendly platform I've ever had the pleasure of using. I'm a huge fan!

What do you like best about the product?
I used to use Salesforce and I am so glad I made the switch to Hubspot. My entire team uses it now without any hiccups or without having to learn anything outside of Hubspot. We love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes forever to chat with a live person, but I think that is also necause some of my issues need technical answers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our marketing automation is done here. Sending emails tp customers, prospects, tracking them

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly the tool is... From email marketing, landing page development, and blog, you can really do it all. Plus, you can connect it to Salesforce to track audience engagement and inform Sales teams and Client Success Teams about audience interests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be finicky. I sometimes have to save and leave a page then go back in to finish updating content. The system gets stuck.
