Excellent email marketing experience
What do you like best about the product?
The email marketing features are very useful and provide all relevant data needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some email building features need updating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal and external sending all in one. Eliminates our need for internal comms tool
We enjoy all of the features HubSpot offers for our marketing team

Enjoy the convenience of everything being in one place our emails, blog, landing pages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Want more design flexibility of certain elements without needing a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of everything all in one place including analytics for reporting.
HubSpot is the platform that grows with your needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the new AI features they are releasing. I am also diving deeper into the product betas and utilizing them more as they roll out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is continuing in the right direction, however, pricing seems to be getting odd as credits and tiers are starting to split out more instead of being included in tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving our customer journey and conversations.
Seamless Email Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Th email marketing builder is easy and intuitive to use. I'm able to design beautiful emails without having to code or build out complicated systems. Responsive for mobile too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a steep learning curve if you've never used HubSpot before, but the Knowledge Base is a great resource to get up to speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating email marketing to specific contacts, able to streamline marketing towards people we want to reach.
Best marketing automation solution we have used
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use. The analytics and insights are incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using lists versus tagging. It would be nice for segmentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything. Truly. We came from an awful previous system.
User-friendly and all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
So many options, views, reporting, tools, etc. I like that everything is in one place on one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a graphic designer, I think the email creation could be much improved. It's lacking current features that other email design platforms have.

Been using Marketing Hub for over a year and has made my job so much easier. We are looking to utilize it more and very grateful to have found a partner in HubSpot

Does take time to set up. Takes some time to get used to using.

Keeping all marketing platforms in one spot.

I love how simple Marketing Hub is to use. It makes my job easy and saves me so much time!

I wish the initial setup could be done by mini me robots. But otherwise it's definitely worth the time spent.

I am a marketing team of one so it allows me to feel like I have a team!
A quickly evolving marketing powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub has been evolving at a very fast pace in the last year or so, and although it was already one of the best marketing automation platform on the market, it constantly raises the bar and adds new functionalities to cover wider and more precise needs of marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to a fast evolving platform is to try to keep up with all the updates. Even as an expert spending many hours per day in the platform, I need to make sure I keep up, search and learn about all that's changing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping small teams with very limited resources do great marketing things.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, bring results,it makes my job easier each day
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! All is good, I prefer HS to Salesforce (pardot) and Marketo or even Zoho marketing
