Much more beneficial than Salesforce!
What do you like best about the product?
I have found this extremely useful for sales and marketing purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports do not run correctly and we have to call and have them figured out through a Hubspot member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping contact information, money flow/lost revenue reports. Ease of access for all employees to share this data.

What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive interface and seamless integration of tools for email marketing, social media, and analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the notable dislike is the pricing structure and locked behind higher-tier plans. It's a bit costly we believe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It avoids the hassle of switching between different tools.
The ROI comes in time saved
What do you like best about the product?
All your marketing tools are under one roof, which yes, makes it easy to manage. But the real power is when they start integrating and talking to each other. I'm typicallying selling six figure products, so I need multi-touch points to my customers, Hubspot marketing allows me to do that
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is expensive, espcially because you can't pick and choose from a menu - if you're upgrading, you're upgrading and that's that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling the entire user journey into a single view, allows us to stop guessing what's going to work and make informed and data-driven decisions.
Great Functionality--Just not for what we needed it for

I like that you can automate ticket creation via online forms
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not useful for case notes and tracking services received. It wasn't really designed for the purpose we were using it for-- which is a contributing factor. We needed a system for disaster case management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a method to keep disaster case notes and tracking case status; it was solving the issue in that it was a great temp solution but not conducive for the long-term
It's a user friendly system with numerous options to keep your data organized.

It's user-friendly and doesn't take much time to learn.

It's not free; I need to pay for access.

Generating leads and effectively managing them through the sales funnel is a primary challenge for many businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an amazing platform that makes marketing easy. Its user-friendly interface allows you to create high-quality marketing materials quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features found in other CRMs aren't HubSpot's strong suit, and verifying data can sometimes be a bit tricky. It's a great platform overall, but it's worth keeping these limitations in mind depending on your specific needs.

Quick creation of emails and landing pages that can be trained cross functionally
Hubspot is great for smaller companies being able to reach big audiences.
What do you like best about the product?
It empowers small businesses to have a reach that you otherwise may not have. Having an audience with many companies puts you right back in the race!

It can be difficult to naviagate at times. I feel that there could be better tools to push your contacts into lists.

Reaching new customers, it allows me to mass market. That saves me a lot of time.

It is super easy to implement and integrate, not complex workflows. Any time we have questions the support team is always available which is great since we use it every day.

I think the tool si complete and user-friendly. No low lights.

It is already designed for marketers, support is for marketers , and experience is for marketers. It is a marketers best friend
