The Ideal Suite for Small Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub makes it easy for my team and I to build, deploy, measure, and benefit from our marketing tactics. Its an intuitive solution that easily integrates with our other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found the form and blog builders to be inadequate for our needs, but its not a deal breaker for us, especially since its simple to integrate our form tool with hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub gives us a single platform for the measurement and management of our marketing tactics.

What do you like best about the product?
I can do so many different things in HubSpot, and it replaces a variety of dedicated and only need to focus on one.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit less user friendly than Salesforce. The academy videos are typically too advanced for me, I am a beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking customer relationships over time and storing relevant data

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has such an easy-to-use interface, and our team appreciates the customizable features. It was quick to get started, and we found it to be more useful than Salesforce. Perfect for relationship management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that we dislike yet -- we plan to take advantage of other features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customer accounts with detailed notes and follow-ups.

Easy to use and super customizable

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize basically every aspect of the service. We use Hubspot for our new business efforts as an advertising agency, and have found hubspot to be very helpful. The we use it is very different from a consumer brand or website with e-commerce, but it has still helped us organize and automate our efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was a little overwhelming and daunting because you can customize so much. But with some practice and help from onboarding, we were able to get into a good place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Serving as a single source of truth for all of our marketing efforts. Its great to have everything in one spot.

Saved so much time with Hubspot automation tools

What do you like best about the product?
The automation features, across the board, especially within the Email Marketing section of Hubspot. I have automated emails set up upon form submission and a cadence of emails from there. The list feature under Emails is also helpful in categorizing the leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the emails, CTA pop-ups, etc. had more flexible and customizable design features. It is pretty good as-is, but the more flexible we can be with the design and layout, the better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving my problem of having to keep up with our new leads and clients. By being able to distinctly categorize leads through the list feature, and then set up automation for each list, I can sit back and let Hubspot do the work once I add new contacts.

Feature rich marketing solution

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automations most of all. It's easy to keep track fo my marketing and sales tasks within Hubspot and to check in on my team's progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there are too many sub menus, and distractions in the software that makes it difficult to navigate at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot really helps fascilitate our buyer's journey from start to finish. There is a lot of maintenance involved in the process, but without Hubspot we would be lost when it comes to sales and marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub provides good value for its price of $20/month. It integrates well with Pipedrive, our preferred CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
As everyone knows, HubSpot nickels and dimes you for everything, but if you know that going into it, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using Pipedrive Campaigns for email but they had issues with bad-faith senders ruining their IP reputation, so I needed a platform that could integrate well with Pipedrive since we still plan to use Pipedrive as our CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how many tools are integrated into one platform — from capturing leads to creating and sending quotes, it's all very streamlined. The ability to track and manage the entire customer journey in one place has been incredibly valuable for us at Wishi. I’ve especially appreciated some of the newer automation features and improved customization options, which save time and make our outreach feel more personal.
That said, with so many features, it can take a bit of time to fully understand how to use everything effectively — but once you do, it’s a very powerful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where HubSpot Marketing Hub could improve is the user interface. While it's robust and functional, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times — especially for newer users navigating the many features. A more intuitive layout and friendlier, more playful branding or design could go a long way in making the experience feel more approachable and enjoyable day-to-day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's now our only website for all our B2B offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create contect from templates or scratch and the analytics you receive from communications is wodnerful. It helps you decide, what is working and not wokring and adjust as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The costs of the add-on options. There are great features but they are often wrapped up into a premium module that requires an extra commitment and cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us track all of our customers and potential customers through pipelines and marketing communication platforms.
