What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very easy to use and user friendly tool and has great customer support options. It also provides AI powered writing tools and has extended functionality and tons of free tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The premium features are priced very high and it's social media publishing abilities are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps in lead generation and management. It also helps to schedule and publish content on social media and also helps in reporting and tracking of all the marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and integrations. Hubspot is much easier to use than other marketing automation platforms I've used and easily integrates with our tool stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be updated almost too frequently. The good thing is that the updates are fairly easy to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data is much more organized. We also have an inbound marketing strategy now. Through automation and clean data, we can campaign much quicker and also follow-up with leads much more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to follow up with my potential clients, very clean and organized page. I use it every day for my work. It also integrated easily with other software that our company uses. It was overall easy to learn how to use it, and there is tons of education available if you want to learn how to use specific features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags, they update it too frequently so when you get used to one layout, they change it on you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with all potential clients, in a way where it is organize and easy to follow. They also integrate automation features that i am a huge fan of.

What do you like best about the product?
Using the HubSpot Marketing Hub is simple and intuitive. You can find everything you need in one centralized location. Once you integrate your ads, you'll gain valuable insights into your campaign performance all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's always room for improvement, but currently, HubSpot meets my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows the sales and marketing teams to work together seamlessly. Reporting on metrics can often be challenging, but with HubSpot, you can easily gain insights to make more informed strategic decisions. Additionally, while storing your CRM data, you can track the journey of leads generated from your ads.

The marketing contact limits versus price.

What do you like best about the product?
I purchased HubSpot for a large organization (InPost). I then had to roll it out across the international organization. The training Modules (HubSpot Academy) are second to none. And unlike Salesforce, all the training is free. I also had an exceptional Onboarding team at HubSpot. We were getting brilliant results right away, straight out of the box! What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want more detailed or granular reporting. Building reports is intuitive, and there is plenty of support. However, other tools like Tableau (now part of Salesforce) or even the reporting on Marketo (part of Adobe) are technically more advanced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a strong pipeline of high quality, convertible leads that fit our specific sales-driven requirements: the right companies, industries, job titles, and level of engagement and 'pain points'. Then ensuring that we can nurture these leads, report on them and understand our campaign and channel ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a very robust and complete systems. You can easily track and manage customers communication, control the deals pipelines and it's very userfriendly. I use every day and it integrates well with other systems I use as well. Love the connection with the Calendar and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is some downtime, but it's never for long periods, and it also doesn't happen often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless transparancy of communication. I can easly follow on my work and I'm able to cover for any of colleagues in necessary.
