What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless, easy to use, love the outreach features combined with working off contacts living in the same place. I like HubSpot way more than Salesforce for these reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to send outreach based on sequence. Doesn't seem like there's a way to differentiate who's in what sequence in the bulk view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Housing contacts and allowing outreach all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Campaigns are easy to create and easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
The new update rearranged a lot of features, so navigating can be difficult to get used to compared to the previous layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
running automated campaigns eliminaes the need for human involvement

What do you like best about the product?
The easaness of use, you can find any information with no more than 4 click away of where you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
load time, in a SaaS company who is growing so fast you cant wait until 5 minutes to load a dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the issue was tracking all the marketing leads that enter into the website, with hubspot I can undertsan where are those leads inside the funnel and the origin of this lead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Response times from customer support can sometimes be slower, especially for lower-tier plans, which can be problematic when urgent assistance is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the problems was generating high-quality leads and managing them effectively and HS help to enhanced lead generation and management lead to higher-quality leads and a more efficient sales funnel, increasing conversion rates and follow out funnel.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed analytics and reporting capabilities provide deep insights into campaign performance. This data-driven approach helps in refining strategies and demonstrating ROI to stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can experience slow load times, especially when dealing with large datasets or complex automation workflows. This can be frustrating and impact productivity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts and demonstrating ROI can be difficult without proper data but Hubspot has help me to access to in-depth analytics allows for data-driven decision-making, helping to refine strategies and improve campaign performance while clearly showcasing the return on marketing investments.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is centralyzed in one only place, there's a lot of great features that integrates between themselves and it's implementation is really simple. It's easy to use and it's obviously a day to day tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've never had any bad experience with Hubspot, so I can't tell anything about that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for e-mail automation and I'm loving how simple it is to create workflows, how it's easy to nurture my lead base and to be in touch with my potential customers.

What do you like best about the product?
It's hard to single out a best thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub as it is a truly comprehensive solution, at a push I would single out how easy it is to integrate with our business stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is more expensive on average than many competitor products, but I feel like it does punch above it's weight in terms of value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our marketing data is now centralized, providing a holistic view of customer interactions and performance across different channels. Moreover we now have the abilit to create complex workflows to nurture leads, automate repetitive tasks, and improve efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables our marketing and sales teams to euro together seamlessly as one.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the software has a lot of advanced features that make a marketer's day to day smooth, I sometimes bump into basic features that are not present despite having been requested by the community for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing most marketing channels, tactics and tools under one roof enables a holistic view of customer journey and attribution.

Free and starter plans have many limitations. For example, workflows are not available for these plans.
