What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual and intuitive Hubspot is to use. I also like the number of tasks that can be fully automatated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be confusing to get things filtered the way you need. It can be tricky to build company level reports that use data from contact or deal fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS gathers most of my customer information into a single spot. It also allows me to automate a good deal of customer comunication. I also use it to trigger my team to follow up when the customers require personal touches.

What do you like best about the product?
The best so far out of all hubs is the fluid and intuitive user interface. Everything is right there and someone with minimal training on the dashboards can jump right into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a little clumsy and with too many navigations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's Marketing Hub helps bring multiple tools onto one platform.

Works well but integration disconnects from Outlook

What do you like best about the product?
I use Outlook to connect with customers and through emails using templates already created for specific messaging saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales Tool integration disconnects from Outlook without warning or notificaiton which casues me frustration when looking at my dashboard activity and I know that Ive done more than is visible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves having to create templates to use when reaching out to customers proactively. I can search for a template and send it and view the date and time it was opened.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Easy to navigate and very organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Find if difficult to finish large tasks, like emailing over 600 clients. it sometimes stops in the middle of it. Sometimes glitches as per integration to outlook and zoom info

Helps me stay organised, set tasks, follow-up, emailing and call records

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps us stay in contact with our customers and keep a history or those interactions to pull data and learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of notifications that can be easily seen in the program that dont need an email . Its like it doubles up the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a history of interactions and easily being able to look back to help assist with a customer current needs.
