Hubspot Marketing Hub Review

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can have all of your social media campaings and inbound lead generation campaigns all in one place. It makes it easier for me and my team to coordinate and qualify each lead.
This way we can sell more efficiently and adjust our strategies everytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I could find using the Hubspot Marketing Hub was that you need the enterprise plan to use the full features and take full advantage of Hubspot capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is helping us have a more clear view for our inbound leads, it also help us to view a full performance review of each campaign we manage in social media.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to build a landing page, or to set up an automated email workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email report is quite confusing and in some cases, poorly customizable.
CMS feature is not very intuitive and very easy to break.
Domain are not easy to configure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Send automated emails based on the stage where my deals are
Send newsletters
Build landing pages

What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to train on. The knowledge base and customer service offer valuable resources, enabling teams to be self-sufficient. Additionally, I love the extensive integration options available. Overall, it's a fantastic system and tool that helps us elevate our business every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The primary challenge we face is that, given the complexity of our business, the properties and pipelines don't always yield the desired results. However, I have no major complaints overall, as our business is already quite niche.

Additionally, the training videos provided lack detailed guidance on day-to-day use for the team. I often find myself searching for the appropriate video for team training. Most of the videos demonstrate the system's features and what's available but do not offer step-by-step instructions for daily tasks. In these cases, I find the articles more useful, although this makes implementation a bit more time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously our business did not have automated marketing so this is a HUGE help!

What do you like best about the product?
The lead scoring system helps us prioritize our leads based on their engagement and behavior. We can segment our audience more effectively, ensuring that our sales efforts are focused on the most promising prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful, it can be overwhelming for new users. There’s a steep learning curve, and it takes time to become proficient with all the features and capabilities. More intuitive onboarding and training could help ease this transition

With HubSpot’s CRM integration, all customer data is centralized and updated in real-time. This consistency ensures that our sales and marketing teams have a unified view of each customer, improving the accuracy and effectiveness of our interactions.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a user friendly system and includes all the marketing tools that any company would want.

the need to add the log in credentials everytime you log in is a bit of a hasstle

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. For our company, many of our employees have little to no CRM experience in general. When I was tasked with finding a CRM to meet our needs, I went to HUBSpot 1st. The value it brings along with the ease of use for new users made it the obvious choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the marketing "plan" we have can get convuluted. That is a learning curve on our end more than an issue with HubSpot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the "market in 9 platforms" issues we had. Centralizing our outreach saves time & effort for the users

Hubspot Marketing Hub integrates with many marketing tools

What do you like best about the product?
We are a smaller company, so we started with Constant Contact. Hubspot has several integrations that make our Constant Contact processes seamless. They also have a how to that makes it simple to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our small company, it's a little on the pricy side. It may work beter for a midsize or more mature organization, but it's a more costly marketing option, even with the great integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Marketing Hub should help us with more targeted marketing, and will help synchronize those efforts into our CRM.

as of now, i dont find any gaps, Dialer can be improved by showing prospects local time

The ease of pulling information you need to work with a customer
What do you dislike about the product?
When building templates having to pull information or pictures out of my computer and put it in hubspot instead of just dragging into the document you are producing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeps me from letting any of our customers to slip through the cracks.
