decent workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with dialer and CRM data.

What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use, things are where you expect them to be, and Hubspot is very easy to customize. Customer Support is awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
Point-in-time reporting has been a challenge but I see lots of new properties have been created recently to address that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run our sales, marketing business on Hubspot and will soon add service hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of making marking emails. Both from scratch and the temples that are available. We typically send out emails twice a month for all the different things we see in our Michigan climate. Creating lists for use with opt-in/opt-out is also very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing contact number. If there was a way to identify if the customer we are marketing to is a lead, customer or canceled customer to better help with who we market to instead of having to update our list every time we want to send out emails

HS Marketing Hub allows us to automate our social media outreach.

The cost is still pretty high, especially for start-ups.

It keeps us from having to interact with multiple platforms. It also allows us to track engagement at a high level.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides an outline to help with sequencing and can keep your prospects receiving relevant content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I've encountered is creating the prospect leads and having difficulties getting the correct job titles and so forth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems HS is helping with is reaching out to prospects and making them aware of the options they have for their situations. It benefits me in being able to reach people that could benefit from services we provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the overal cleaniness. Initially I found it a bit hard but with time and by the help of customer support the ball started rolling really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the loading time. It sometime gets a lot of time to load and update the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It help us to create streatmlined drip campaigns and it benefited us from the lead generation presepctive. I really like the gallery templates that helped us to create good amount of e-mail campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot allows me to have everything in one place - It is the most helpful tool for daily use. I can log on, see my tasks for one day, see what I need to update, and also find whatever I need in a matter of seconds. My calls/meetings/etc are all organized and easy to find.
I also love having Rebecca as our Support personale. She is wonderful to work with and very prompt.
I use HubSpot for every email, call, etc., and it was extremely simple to integrate with our current systems and easy to implement within our teams.

What do you dislike about the product?
If there is anything I would change, I would say that if I send an email to 30 contacts in Outlook and log to HubSpot, it only counts as one email. Mass email tracking would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, we had no CRM platform. Our team was trying to organize information in OneNote and all over the place. HubSpot allows for us to be more efficient, productive, and organized.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The marketing hub is very easy to use and we have received some positive feedback from potential clients and existing clients. Adding a new person to your mailing list with a click when you enter a new contact is easy and users can opt out if they want to. It also shows us who viewed the marketing email, who clicked, and if they went to our website, how long they stayed on which pages. Very insightful to determine what they are looking for and how you can assist them. This makes cold calling much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our content needed to be beefed up, but that was on US, not on Hubspot. I also received a ton of 'this was marked as spam' notices in my mail box after email campaigns were sent. Again, I think this was something that my company needs to work on and is not any fault of Hubspot.

Hubspot allows us to see when clients are opening and viewing our content so that we better understand what is working and what is not working.
