Everything you need but not everything you want
What do you like best about the product?
Easy self-serve setup. All features you may need in a marketing automation system are available. Intuitive interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst all features are available not all work well. There are competing products in the market that do the individual pieces better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hubspot does solve the problem of bringing together most marketing activities in a central place, making it easy to execute and attribute.
HubSpot is good for beginners and large enterprises.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Starter tier handles all the basics of CRM newsletter templates and has a few analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
The jump from HubSpot starter tier to the next tier is hundreds of dollars and there is no inbetween. The next tier has all of the automations, advanced analytics, the integrations with social media..

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool which provides end to end marketing hub tools like forms to capture leads, which in turn can also to used to categorise leads. The integration with other tools & automations provided are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the emails sent data is captured isn't great. The bounce rates captured are not in line with the real picture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us build forms for our platform which directly captures lead in our CRM.

Ease of customizing the menu according to the company's needs

The complexity of the options, adjustments must be sought in specific areas.

Slowness when searching for information, the platform is not very stable
MY EXPERIENCE AT HUBSPOT
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly like the way I can create and manage users and the way I can create permission groups as well. Everything starts off very well from the moment of creating a user; I can send a mass invitation to my new users and I don't have to create them one by one, which would be very tedious. I also like the way Hubspot allows creating pipelines for each group or department within your company. The information manager is very good, apart from having connections with different software that is also used in my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my time using Hubspot, I have not found an option that I could categorize as "useless" since all the ones I have used have served me as a resource for administration and information use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot benefits me in managing my company's information and from not having a vulnerable system since Hubspot offers me this security option. I know that my files and my clients' information will be secure on this platform.

It's an all in one platform with integrations across paid marketing platforms, email platforms like Gmail and customisable dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
The automation; you can automate virtually any process using HubSpot, the workflow system is very powerful and easy to use, you can integrate all the marketing tools you need, and with their advanced email builder, you can automate email sending based on any rules or automation flows your business needs. It is a very powerful tool for any organization with advanced marketing needs, we use it for WhatsApp campaigns, Email Campagins, Advertising Campaigns, Program management, Social media, and much more!
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit complicated, need to esimate your needs correctly to be able to utilize the budget efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management, it has a very flexible data models, we can create and edit objects, and create and edit properties easily to fit all our data needs
Automation, with a powerful workflow management system, you can possiobly automate anything including having a custom code inside the workflow!

Nothing Compares to HubsSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I am really enjoying the development of the Ai capabilities. It's still a work in progress but its been helpful in a pinch!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything about HubSpot platform, I just wish their customer service team was more available on their live chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from scheduling social posts to creating landing pages for webinars to workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything all in one place. you can create all kinds of workflows, emails, forms and lists all in one place. It is great that it can integrate with different platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibiilty on certain elements such as creating emails can be limited, which can be frustrating sometimes.
