What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform has everything in one place. I can reply on Marketing Hub for Emails, Landing Pages, Social, etc. The plaform is easy on he eyes and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I strongly dislike the email template builder. It is not intuitive and falls short of competitors in the space. Many of the features break if you actually try to use them.
Customer support often throws their hands up and say "I don't know "to pressing issues"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place to send out emails and direct people to our content. Hubspot is helping us build our cutomer base and it is helping us build brand awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling out posts, sending emails, lead generation through forms
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling out social posts sometimes doesn't work. Links will end up broken or it wont let me upload a video or image and I have to schedule it through the actual platform instead

Being able to send out information to customers

What do you like best about the product?
I love the campaign hubs. The fact that I can see all my assets for a particular campaign and easily track how they are performing saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could use a better integration with WooCommerce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking is the huge benefit. I usually spend tons of time putting together reports for my clients where I'm manually pulling in data from a bunch of different places. The hubspot campaign dashboard makes thah so easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Central hub bringing together all areas of marketing, from ads to email to landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the complete hubspot package, and i'd say for this, the price is quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It links our sales and marketing teams extremely effectively, helping us improve alignment between our various functions.

Hubspot is a complete CRM, so easy to use, straightforward and with full reporting. You can create campaigns, schedule, send for approval and add multiple social media

the need to do manual labor when adding content on social media individually. I can do that directly from Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool. It allows you to manage all of your marketing tasks in one place and is very easy to use. Not only can you manage your social media, SMS, and email marketing from Hubspot, you can also integrate it with your website to get even more metrics. HubSpot also has great customer support. You can message them and an expert can help you troubleshoot issues immediately. HubSpot is constantly updating the software to expand and improve capabilities, which is a big plus, in my opinion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the biggest downside of Hubspot Marketing Hub is the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps paint a picture of not only how each individual marketing activity is performing, but also the overall success of all marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of powerful tools in the Marketing Hub. The Automation makes it easy to manage mutiple campaigns at once. Combining all the tools like forms, landing pages, lists, contract properties, there are so many ways you can utilize hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislikes about marketing hub: the fact I can't easily set up preferences for what properties are included when I export lists. Would like the reporting to be a little more robust and user friendly. Also it's sometimes frustrating when there is an update to hubspot and tools you've grown accustomed to being in one place have now been moved somewhere else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble with our existing options for email invitations, and I was able to pivot to using hubspot for this function.
