Super easy & powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one platform: HubSpot provides a suite of tools including email marketing, social media management, blogging, SEO, and analytics, all integrated into one platform. It is convenient for marketers to manage their campaigns and track their performance from a single dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot offers a range of pricing plans to accommodate businesses of all sizes, i find the cost to be relatively high compared to other marketing automation solutions. However, i feel that the features and support provided by HubSpot justify the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One significant problem HubSpot Marketing Hub solves is the fragmentation of marketing activities across different platforms. By providing a centralized platform for email marketing, social media management, content creation, SEO, analytics, and more, HubSpot streamlines workflows and improves efficiency. Its saves a lot of time & effort of the team
Easy to onboard and upscale efforts
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user-friendly for non-technical users. It helps you scale and enable your marketing team regardless of their technical expertise. It's very intuitive and user-friendly. Being an avid Marketo and Salesforce admin and pwer user, I was surprised you did not need to have a lot of technical expertise to set it up. It was easy for me to switch and configure without a lot of downtime, unlike other tools I have used it the past. This gives me the ability to focus on more strategic things and offset duties to less non-technical users. The ability to view a lot of data within dashboards helps give insights into reporting quickly and easily. I love the fact I can track the assets and landing page activities. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to quickly scale their marketing programs. I was also pleasantly surprised their customer service and product teams are extremely hands-on and are heavily focused on the customer/user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more control of the raw data. Sometimes you have to remake the reports and download them in order to get the insights you need. I wish there was more flexibility in setting up campaigns for sales activities such as the ability to track a sales persons efforts via calls/emails/linkedin inmails/chats via the campaign level so I can tag that persons activities and tie to the campaigns. Campaigns are made more for the landing page and email activity but not a sales persons activity. I'm sure sales hub has more of those packages but when you're tracking a small team, I wish I had more ability to tie at least 1 or 2 users activities to campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to share reports on marketing campaigns and efforts. It's easy enough to show and share reporting and enable sales to help with the marketing process and campaigns. Its also easy to see the customer journey and plan around the activities.

Couldn't Have Chosen a Better Marketing Hub to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how intuitive the interface is. Their are a large array of useful features. I also have had a great experience with their customer support. While I have not had to contact them often they were attentive and professional. Overall the ease of implementation and integration aspect of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is amazing and why I use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any dislikes with the Hub and I have been a long time user so that is a plus!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping to solve the issue of underdevelopment. The ease of use of the social media management tool in particular makes productivity better!

None so far. I like the product very much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us gain deeper analytics and send more personalization recommendations.
Powerful tool that's easy to use and with lots of features.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple interface to design email templates, and the ability to track required data. We use this monthly at a minimum. It's also really simple to move contacts from the sales CRM area and create different lists (by setting them as marketing contacts) so everything is in one central place. It's easy to integrate different content styles into email comms, and also easy to set up sign up forms and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot to learn, and most users are self taugt. Once it's set up it's really user friendly but the onboarding process and multitude of videos can feel overwhelming. HOWEVER, the are also really useful. The customer support is automated, but in the initial phase when we set up we had an account manager who was very helpful. I think support varies on the level of subsription you have and the frequency you use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot Marketing Hub to set up monthly newsletters to a highly engaged group of customers, that we collect data for via our social media - directly into Hubspot. We also use this platform to send sporadic messaging to wider prospects and use this to analyse engagement and therefore enter into our nurture CRM funnel.
End user friendly, logical, highly adaptable, robust
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and train up on, the data and analytics tools for tracking are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the email features set expectations ridiculously high. Granted, these may be industry standards. However, it is getting more and more difficult to reach both our existing and new clients.

Automating our inbound process using workflows and landing pages.
Using HubSpot for marketing online learning to schools
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps us updated in real time which is very useful so we use it multiple times per day. There are lots of free features. The marketing email tool and website popups are great and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms tool could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep up to date on all our contacts in real time. It gives us an easy way to stay in touch with prospects and customers via email. We avoid having to do any website programming by using HubSpot popups and forms.
Solid Blog Hosting/Editing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides a convenient way for our team to work together on blog posts and website content. The file hosting capabilities are a reliable way to know that images will always be displayed within our articles, and the social media functions are useful too–both the post scheduling on our side and the option for readers to share our posts themselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The post editing page has some limitations, especially in terms of arranging text and images. The fact that two people can't work on the same post at the same time can be a hinderance as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a central platform for our team to work on web content together, as opposed to having our work scattered around various different online drives, and enables us to host our blog.
