Integrates Seamlessly, Empowers Marketing with Data Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub lets you combine intelligent data with intent signals and gives you the ability to take action. I also appreciate how it integrates with the other tools we use, like Webflow, Salesforce, and Slack. This integration allows me to get what I need on the marketing front without disrupting the sales handoff flow, and timely surface changes in Slack ensure everyone has visibility. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
In workflows, the contact record doesn't update while in a delay step, which has caused wrong communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track marketing attribution and web activity, improving visibility into lead sources and communication. It integrates with Salesforce for seamless sales handoff and Slack for timely updates, ensuring team visibility.

I guess the complexity of doing the lifecycle, and tags on leads

Making email marketing, and nurturing leads at Pingback is way easy with HubSpot Marketing Hub.

The cadences, the dashboards, all the features add a lot to the day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the call doesn't go through, or when we think the connection is bugged, contact customer support.

Understanding how the team's evolution is progressing regarding the necessary metrics helps in the team's journey.

East to use, navifate and pefrom the actions I need. All in one place to do your marketing activity

They need another section on the platform called 'Revenue oeprations" to go with sales and marketing. It can be hard to find what you need

I don't like the forms, they could be prettier and more usable.

I like the ease of manouvering through HubSpot and finding everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitations to HubSpot fields themselves and automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The account based analytics are second to none and we appreciate being able to drill down on sources and find the information relevant.
Hubspot has many effective Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love tracking the analytics in the Marketing Campaign section within the HubSpot Marketing Hub. The way you are able to report on so many fields allows my company to steer efforts or change based on the ROI we see at a given time. Contacting Customer Support is every easy and they are super responsive! I used Hubspot on a daily basis and also enjoy the Hubspot Academy and training this CRM provides!
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeping track of Marketing Contacts within HubSpot Marketing can be tricky a times since you do not get a "real time" number and is based on a monthly total. With that being said, HubSpot does give you warnings when you are close to reaching your limit which is a nice feature.

A great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and how easy it is to implement HTML email templates. I also love that I can do everything within Hubspot, from forms to landing pages, emails, and automation. It is really easy to integrate with other systems and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features need improvement. But I like that HubSpot is constantly working on improvements and new features, and the support team is always here to help me with a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot to manage and segment our leads and create marketing emails. HubSpot is helping us keep our database clean all the time and send them outstanding emails. With all thair reporting tools, it is easy to see what works and what doesn't for our audience.
